we needed to renew our computer warranty. i thought all we needed to do was go to check out and pay for it. wrong it was a big hassle including be scolded for not having a geek squad appointment.

When my new Dell computer needed a full system restore, I purchased the service plan that would put my computer I the same state as when I first took it out of the box. Glad that I did.

Bought this for my husband he loves it, it has a clip so he my clip to his closth, I have one similar but, he didn't purchase from best buy. I like the one I bought for him better

The anti-virus has made it possible to not have the crash that has happened on windows10 updates that has led to two wasted computers so far. I appreciate that I have support if needed as well.

Purchased the Webroot that did not come with a cd and had a little problem getting it downloaded but Geek Squad helped me with that and all is well. The only virus protection I buy.

Three devices are protected with this product making it very it reasonably priced. I have been using this Internet Security for three years and have been well protected.

Webroot definitely is the top anti-virus software I have owned in the past 20 years. The only thing that does annoy me is that it does tend to slow your computer down upon start up.

The screen colors are brilliant, lots of settings to change the brightness and colors. It boots up fast and all my icons are on my wallpaper, so everything is easy to find.

Would recommend antivirus software to a friend- had mackafee which wasn't good- went with geek squad services and would recommend- always do a quick prompt, but thorough service!!

My purchase was a gift for family keeping up with smart home devices. These are easily installed and widely interfaced and made a great addition to a recently purchased home.

It does the job great with the touchscreen. I noticed battery doesn’t last long. Had to send it out for repair a month later due to battery issues. It wouldn’t charge or power on.

This is a win win situation you get points for using this review service.. so in the long run on the accumulation of points it means money towards a future purchase!!!

I had Webroot in the past and was very satisfied. Last year i renewed my computer protection with Trend and ended up with numerous viruses on my laptop. I am back to Webroot!

For a noise cancelling feature to be this inexpensive I was impressed. Comfort is good, sound is good. The noise cancelling is not as good as the more expensive headphones but effective.

Product works well without slowing laptop. My other antivirus slowed my laptop much more than this one. I have't had any viruses or the like since this one was installed.

It's included with the 24/7 geek squad support for a year and includes up to 3 computers. I'm very pleased at all the options that are included and provided to me.

Webroot is renewal security program. Have been using this product for several years. It is kept up to date and I'm very happy with the notifications it produces for me.
