Basic security should be easy, but with so many options on the horizon, it can be very confusing. Webroot does a fine job and is relatively easy to use and understand. I'm not sure I would buy the product, but I'm very happy with it as a free add-on, it's a good incentive.

I'm always a little nervous trying new programs. Especially programs that are as important as Internet security. The program installed smoothly and runs perfectly with windows 10. Internet security programs are a little like Insurance, you have it hoping you're never going to need it. Save yourself a little money and buy web root. It works as well as other products that cost much more.

I think this is a good product, I mean, how to judge unless it fails to protect from a virus? I guess ease of use, which this has. I've been a convert to Kaspersky thanks to Best Buy's promotion of his anti-virus software - it came installed on my iMac and performs well.

Have not had to worry about viruses, it is easy to use, very happy with this product

Webroot has always been a consistent product, I like the ease and features. It's easy to check how my computer's security is doing. keeps me up to date on other features like when it's been scanned and the schedule for scanning. Never had a problem. I've had other security products, but to me webroot is the best I've used. Plus when I purchased this product , the sales person recommended Webroot.

I was able to sign up for another year of Geek Squad membership along with the Webroot security program. I thought I was renewing it, but actually I was given a new membership. As a result, there was an overlap of several days so that I had two memberships during that time. I knew this because I kept getting emails from Geek Squad saying my subscription was expiring even though I had paid for another year. I contacted the Geek Squad and found out that it wasn't renewed and a new membership had been purchased. It isn't a problem and I am satisfied with the service I receive from the Geek Squad personnel. My only suggestion is that if a membership can't be renewed in person at the Geek Squad desk in a Best Buy store and a new one has to be purchased, that the customer be informed in case he/she wants to wait until the old subscription expires so there won't be a period when the customer is paying twice for the same days.

We bought this for my son's new laptop since his last laptop got ruined by a lot of viruses. Since it comes ready to use form3 laptops, I installed it on mine, even though I don't get into the same stuff he does. I was shocked one day when it warned me that a website that I was trying to visit wa spotentiLly dangerous and spelled out the dangers. I have since fully trusted this software!

Webroot is a good internet security software. I love that it can be used on 3 devices. Very easy to install. You don't have to be super tech savvy to use. Pretty much plug and play, just read the directions. Very simple. Love that it has a password manager as well.

The laptop we bought does not have a disc drive. I got on line and a chat session with the customer service / help. They did an excellent job with no hassle to me. All I had to do was let them do their thing and it was a turn key installation. I have not had any problems since the installation and the laptop is working great. I feel my laptop is protected as much as it can be.

Always have used McAfee for everything before so this came free and giving it a try. So far it seems to be doing its job. Just do not know how to retrieve and apply some of the blockers yet. But it has caught numerous viruses. It seems to be a great product.

I instuled this security on our family desktop also on my daughter's tablet .also on my cell phone so easy to get started on protecting all your little everyday gadgets .safe for online shopping and virus protection . must get does work better than some other names out there and still gave me viruses still in the past. When my subscription expires I plan to re up again 100% Mom approved!

This came free with the computer purchase. Very easy to set up and works well.

I was not familiar with this brand when I bought it, but it was recommended. The price was very reasonable, so I bought it. You can use the one disk to download the program on several computers, so that's really nice and cost effective. I purchased this several months ago and so far, no problems. I would recommend this brand to anyone and would definitely purchase it in the future.

We got this product with the purchase of a new laptop. We've used it before and have not had any problems...which means it works. In fairness it must be said we are not high risk users. But a security program is a necessity and this one has served us well.

This software was very easy to install and did I mention that it was FREE!

It doesn't require constant acknowledgement and dismissal of notices like the preinstalled antivirus did, which is nice. So far, it hasn't had any adverse effects on my software for school. It wasn't too hard to install, and so far it hasn't been a problem.

I have been using webroot internet security for many years and thus far have entrusted all my windows desktop and laptops with their services. I also appreciate how one subscription covers multiple items. Very easy installation and after that you are all set.
