Wedge was too short. The was told by employee that I would have to go online to ring.com to find the correct wedge kit.

You will need to know which doorbell version you currently own, as all of our doorbell devices have different sizes and dimensions. Within your Ring app you can visit the Device Health tile and under Device Details it will list which video doorbell you own.
