Just started to use, but so far I like it. I am so out of shape and this should help me to get motivated.

Great workout in 10 minutes! Awesome that I can workout at home!

I am very pleased with this workout video. I like that it gives you three levels of intensity to use during the workout. It offers six 10 minute workouts, so you can be flexible and choose one or two or do all six.

The Tone Ups DVD is awesome, because it makes it easy to fit exercising into a busy schedule. I will never get bored with the workouts, because I can always mix and match the various workout routines. Glad I chose this product!

My husband and I have started doing these workouts TOGETHER once a week. We needed something to target all areas and we love that there are 3 levels shown with each segment, so you can fit to your limitations and go from there

I really like my tone up DVD. At first I was skeptical, but after working out with this weight watchers DVD I was surprised. If you do it everyday it does work. I enjoy working out with it.

Dvd allows you to follow your fitness level and pick your time frame by breaking workouts into segments that are time managable and customizable..

Bought this in hopes of reducing my abs and thighs while working with my current weight loss plan and it has worked I have lost inches there so far and I am toning quite nicely great buy.....

Provides a good workout routine. It has a low price, but I think it should be lower. However, it is a great start to your weight loss goal.
