I was recommended this kit when I purchased my new range last week. It comes with everything you need to clean your cooktop. Looks like new every time.

I followed the directions, and didn't see much progress from the cleaner/polish with the scrubber. So I grabbed the razor blade scraper, and that also was practically useless, until I saw that I missed the instruction to rotate the razor blade so the sharp side was out. Now, I started to see results. I ended up using the cleaner/polish as a "pre-soak" and used the scraper to wipe it off. The scraper did require a heavy-hand, so I got my cardio workout in as a bonus!

I just received this product and as I opened it to use it on my stove, I realized that this item not only was already opened but it had been used prior. This is the second time something like this happens. Best Buy what is going on with your people. I want a refund and someone to contact me.

You need this product if you have a glass cooktop. It contains heavy duty cleaning fluid, a special scrubber with a handle, and a nifty razor blade in a safety handle. Since we got this, my husband actually has pretty much taken over the cleaning of the cooktop, because it's so easy. Anything that the cleaner and the scrubber can't handle, the razor blade can. Our cooktop is always clean now.

These pads make cleaning a glass top stove so much easier than using just a sponge. The kit included all of the components needed to clean up spills and burnt on residue from cooking. Bought extra pads to have on hand when needed. Would purchase again.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a stove cleaner for a while and we are so happy to have finally found this! We have a black glass top and it literally gets dirty every single time that we use it. We used to just use cleaners to wipe the stains down, but it would never truly clean. Now our kitchen looks clean and a dirty stove top doesn't make our house look so dirty. we 10/10 recommend this cleaner!

The product was good and I think it would have been better had I not let my stains stay on my glass cook top and actually start to cook onto the glass. All the stains weren't removed but I still think the product did a good job overall and I also like the fact that you get the non-scratch blade to assist with the stubborn cooked on stains.
