If you are going in expecting Nine Inch Nails, you will be disappointed. HTDA is much more synth driven, which does sound a little bit like some of NIN later stuff, but still not quite as heavy. If you like Reznor's soundtracks and the GHOST album, you will probably enjoy this album.

I do really enjoy the uniqueness and experimentations of this album. I don't think this album is for everyone though, but I would recommend at least trying it out if you are into experimentation in music.

Picked it up on a whim after hearing raves from multiple friends, was a good price so I knew it wouldn't hurt. While I'm not enamored with the CD it's still good music and worth giving a shot to. Better than the bubble gum pop that pollutes the airwaves.

If you are a fan of Trent Reznor's work you'll enjoy this album. It's dark and brooding without being an assault on the eardrums. Definitely worth a listen to. Mariqueen's voice provides a luscious and sensuous compliment to the instrumentation. Definitely recommend giving the album a listen.

I was skeptical about this release when I read about it. But, I loved the social network soundtrack, decided to give this a listen, and haven't been disappointed.

Trent and Co. are back with their first LP from HTDA. This album has the polish one would expect from Trent and Atticus. A 5 out of 5!
