The setup for the Wemo was very easy and it works very well with an Amazon Echo. I plan to purchase additional units in the future

Setting it up could not have been easier. Scanned the code with my iPhone, gave it a name, plugged it in, and it worked.

This device comes in handy to plug a small light or perhaps, an small appliance. Remember to follow all safety guidelines.

He loved it...easy to use, great integration with his Google Mini. Setup was fast. They even use it when out of the house!

This works great. I use it all the time and have the app on my phone so i can turn on the lights even when not home.

As I understand it, the firmware in this model is outdated and so set up is very difficult. After an hour or so of trying the instructions included with the device I just left it alone. A few days later I tried to tackle it again, this time taking to the internet to find a solution. One did not easily present itself on the Weemo troubleshooting page. I did find a forum post elsewhere on the internet that helped. Not everyone will have the problem I had. First, the app should ask you to turn off a WiFi to mobile data automatic switching feature. It's called something different on different phones, but what this feature does is if a Wi-Fi signal is too weak it will automatically switch to your cell signal if it is stronger. The other thing you'll want to do is put your phone in airplane mode and turn the Wi-Fi on. Only after I did this second step did set-up finally work. If you're still having trouble reset the plug by unplugging and plugging it back in, then holding down the power button until it resets. Once you have it connected be sure to update the plug's firmware via the app so that if you ever need to reconnect you won't have to do this all over again. Additional note: I purchased one for my mom awhile back and she tells me now that she had the same issue that I had with this one.

2 minute setup after downloading app. Alexa found and set up first try. Once set up, I never used the Wenmo app again.

Very easy to set up with google assistance. Have several installed for fans, gate controller, alarm system ,etc...

This is my second WEMO mini. It is working great with my Google mini. It's nice to control my appliances with voice commands.

I also own the Wemo Insight Switch which is quite bulky. This is about half the size, which is perfect. Pretty simple to set up.

Works well when I get home late. I can use app. On my phone to have the lights come on before getting there.

I got a $10 discount from Best Buy - so it was a steal. I lay on the sofa and turn off the light without getting up.

The setup was easy and it operates great with the Google Home system. I am buying more to set up the rest of my house.

I'm fairly new to smart home tech, but this was easy to set up and use. Pretty cool item overall, very happy with it!

This one doesn't have connection drop out problems like some of the others I have tried . Works Great..
