Tech support might be able to help BUT, I bought Alexa Smart Plug, Cheaper and Alexa found it and it just worked!!!! Similar experience with iHome . Just dump Belkin Wemo Mini plug. Your time and mental health is worth more than their devices. Pass the word.... Belkins Engineers are incompetent.
