Works great, but I think it’s a little pricey for what it is. I do like being able to have my Alexa brew my coffee whilst I have my morning constitutional!

They continue to disconnect from Wi-Fi for no apparent reason, and the garbage app tells you to factory reset repeatedly, and then when you do, continues to not connect. If this happened once or twice, I’d say stuff happens, but this is consistently happening at least once a month. Untenable. There are better products for the same price. Garbage. Also, mysteriously the code you scan on the product is on the back of the outlet which needs to be plugged in for the app to work. So you have to take a picture of the code on something else and scan it off the picture because for some strange reason they decided to cover up the scan code when you need to scan it.

Everytime I say "Alexa, turn on/off my lamp", it works. Saves me from reaching or twisting my shoulder to do it myself. As you get older, this is a big deal.

It took me a bit to set up but once I reset it it was easier to get it working and haven’t had any issues after that. Works well and I like it!

This product is amazing, I no longer have to leave the light on for my dog all day. The range on the device is amazing, I would definitely recommend using the smart plug.

WeMo initially worked great, however it stopped working after a few days, so we exchanged it...and then my phone app couldn't control the new one because it was synced with the first Wemo. I tried deleting and re downloading, but still wouldn't sync to the new unit. I'll have to sync it to my wife's phone. Best to install it behind a piece of furniture so that your kid doesn't know it's there.

This was nit the easiest device to set up but once done it works very well with the app. I’m using it with Google Home and I’m happy with the outcome

I can use these devices to remotely turn off and on my Xmas lights. I still use the schedule feature as the auto timer that turns them on/off automatically.

Got this plug on sale and it works exactly as advertised. What I really like though is that it works with Alexa/Echo smart speakers without a hub.

in all fairness, I am not tech savvy. I kept the smart plug, and will have someone else finish the set up for me. it will likely work just fine.

I can control the plug from my phone or tablet, so I can turn on lights or whatever I want without even being in the room. Love these things!

Wifi connection may not be as stable as you want. I am trying to reconnect the device to the wifi for several times...

Excellent product to automate the lights in my house. Give me peace of mine to keep turn on and off my lights while not in my house.

Plug works great. Lost a star because there wasn’t an easy way to change the WiFi network, had to reset the plug. Other than that it’s great.

We're using this for some accent lighting. You can do some wonderful things more cheaply than spending a bundle on smart lights.

It connected quickly without any problems to my WiFi and I was able to easily connect a device and control it through Google and the WEMO app.

I got this item for one reason alone --the darn Christmas tree. It held up well all season and the Wemo integration with my other smart home apps was great.

These products from Wemo at first worked great, then stopped being able to be detected by the network. Then they started to work again but only intermittently. I would look for a more reliable product. It is better than Insignia brand - but not perfect. Given that it usually works and only has to be plugged in it's fine. It will not show the energy consumption that I can see.

Very straight forward, great Alexa integration. The app experience was much better than the budget smart home stuff I usually buy

Works great with the google home devices. Never had a issue with connection. I had others smart plugs and had a lot of issues. Especially insignia
