    Never connected to the internet.

    Did not work with my internet. Could never connect with my internet even after calling my cable company and Wemo themselves. They tried everything, but could connect it to the internet.

    Difficult HomeKit setup, inconsistent and buggy

    Very hard to set up on iOS HomeKit - most of the time the device is not detected - and intermittently stops working even after it's successfully set up. Not recommended.

    I plugged it in set it up and it worked for a couple of days then just quit working. I even exchanged it for another one and still couldn't get it to work.

    It will desconect constantly from the app. It will need an update, but always give me the message "update fail". I've tried everything, nothing works, it is the dumbest gadget in my smart home.

    Garbage Product (don't replace your router)

    If you ever have to replace your router, it will render this product unusable. I'm a techie guy with 35 devices in my home. This thing is the Eye of Sauron.

    After 4hrs couldn't get them to work

    Was very disappointed after 4hrs one day and 2hrs the next morning I couldn't get them to work. The Geeni's were perfect that I bought online from Best Buy,.

    This device does not work. The device could not connect to the app, and the app was constantly crashing. Don't waste your money. I returned the wemo switch back to Best Buy. 0 stars

    it was hard to set up with alexa there app to download took a couple of times to do so I took it back and got the amazon plug works great now

    Unfortunately, doesn't work for me. Given as a gift. My internet is very slow and cannot install wemo. For others with a better service, I'm sure it would be a good buy.

    Stop working long time ago no help from wemo customer service either. It hasn’t worked in over a year and a half. Only worked a few months

    Hard to setup. After finally getting it to work moved to a different location was on the phone with the tech for 45 minutes to get it working again.

    Never buying WEMO again

    I bought a few of these and they always go offline & very complicated to set up again. Bought TP Link and haven't had an issue.

    Unfortunately, we haven't had any luck trying to get the outlets to work with the wemo ap. It's quite possible i'll be returning them. I had high hopes.

    Install and setup was clunky for me. So I returned these plugs and bought Amazons instead, which was much more seamless in set up and operation
