I love this thing. I use them to control the air conditioners in my house during the summer months. I can turn the AC on a couple hours before I get home and the house is really cool when my done and I get home. I own 3 of them. I would love some light bulbs if they make them.

Great price, user friendly, and works well. Connects with Alexa for voice recognition on/off or easy to use app. A nice little perk to have. I connected my lamp to it

These are great if you want to control your lights, christmas tree, etc. by using a smart assistant. Currently, we have them hooked up to our bedroom lamps so we can just say, hey, google, turn off bedroom lights. It's pretty awesome! One thing I will say, when I initially tried to sync it up with the app, it struggled. Then I realized I had to have my phone on the same wi-fi (my phone was on the 5ghz and the wemo had to be on the 2.4, oops!). Once I resolved that, it synced fairly easily.

I have many of these products switch is only right now but I will by future products because the product that I do I don’t have never failed easy to set up work great and I can manage them from anywhere in the world that I have I five on my cell phone which is awesome

Easy to install and work exactly as designed. My only criticism to this point is that they don’t support Apple HomeKit yet but according to to the internet, HomeKit support is coming soon.

Bought these to control the power to my son's TV in his room. Easy way for us to control when he has it on :). I also have another plug and switch for my exterior lights that are configured via IFTTT to turn on if the alarm system is triggered.

Family has been using it to turn on our Christmas Lights using Google Home. Also we like the convenience of being able to turn it on remotely. Set up is WeMo Smart Plug then power Strip which has the Christmas tree lights, angel lights and our window lights.

I have purchased 3 of these so far. It's odd because some of them were easy to add to HomeKit and one was not. I don't know what the variation is. Overall, when it's properly synced with Apple HomeKit, it does what it's supposed to do. The standalone Wemo app is pretty decent and it allows you to control your switch while you're away from home. It's a great value if you Cath them on sale. FYI, It works great for Christmas trees. Tell Siri, turn off tree. Amazing.

I am using them for Christmas Lights nothing says Christmas like “Alex turn on Christmas Lights” and the just work. I would recommend to anyone whom has a need or want to control or schedule lights to come on or turn off at certain times.

Using it for my Christmas tree to turn lights on and off. The only thing it took a call to customer service about is that it does not work on the 5 Ghz band, only th e 2.4 Ghz. So make sure your phone is on the 2 gig band when you set up using the app.

This smart plug is awesome! We use it in sync with our Alexa and can turn on and off our lights and tv with ease. I like that I can control the device remotely and it’s just all around helpful for letting our pets get light or TV when it gets dark.

I purchased this to to go a long with the Amazon Echo. It was easy to set up and I can even turn the lights on remotely when I'm away from home.

This is my third Wemo - Mini WiFi Smart Plug which is a testament on how much I like the device. It is easy to set up and manage times. Although it is more expensive than a traditional wall timer it gives you more flexibility because of WiFi access.

I am already invested in the WEMO ecosystem and have other WEMO smart products. Works well with my Apple HomeKit and not bridge needed due to new firmware update. Also have it connect to my Google Home through my tv and works well as well. I like the features it provides through the app, can have it set up with timer to turn off or on, have it set to other features as well. A must buy. I bought it for the Christmas true and now that Christmas is over I’m sure I’ll find another use for it. But definitely worth the purchase.

I received the google home assistant for Christmas and was looking at products that were comparable for my lights. The tp link I bought first did not work, and the first wemo smart plug was becoming discontinued. This product came out, was comparable with google home, and also was cheaper than the larger wemo plug. It fits well into the outlet and still frees up space on the other outlet to plug up any other thing needed. And my lights with the google home are now operated by voice command which is a great technology upgrade! Definitely buy this one over the larger product!

Switching from a X-10 to the Wemo smart plugs was exceptionally easy and straightforward! The plugs (I got 4 to try them out) were very easy to set up and have functioned perfectly! I plan on getting more as the applications in our home appear.

easy to set up, easy to use, the app is decent, works well it ifttt. Google assistant makes the switch easy to use. 2 issues to be aware of. If you set a timer IE: on at 8PM off at 6AM, it only works as a toggle it has no memory, if it is on it will turn it off, if off it will turn it on. You have set it and forget it otherwise it will get off schedule. The second issue is that it will only work on wifi if used through the app or assistant. So if you have a timer set and no wifi it will not work. The button still works though

I own two of these now, gave 4/5 stars as the initial setup with the app is a little tricky and takes a few times for it to recognize the plug. once setup it works perfectly and also syncs to Amazon Alexa with no problems at all

We plugged the Christmas Tree to the Wemo and after a few set-up steps we were able to simply tell Alexa to turn on and off the tree. For me with arthritis this was so much easier then trying to reach behind the tree to access the switch.

Saw an ad for the wemo used in a Christmas tree. Bought the very next day. Wemo app easy to manage, got everything on iPhone & iPad easily. Google Home a bit trickier, but success ecentually! We love it. Thinking of uses after Christmas.
