This is a great product for automating lights wourks great with Alexa and operating the lights from your phone on the way home from work

The lower profile and lower cost makes this a great addition to the WEMO family of products. Setup was easy and the lower profile means that on a 2-gang outlet your 2nd outlet remains accessible. My only suggestion to WEMO would be to allow the plug pins to rotate. We have a number of rooms where the outlet has been installed horizontal, and close to the baseboard. This WEMO will not fit.

We have these in every room of our house! It's so nice to be in bed, but then remember you left a light on, and not have to get up to turn it off!!!

When buying this kind of device, comparability should be the major consideration. I had bought other cheap wifi outlets but hard to configure and end up not using them. This one (Wemo) works smoothly and is very easy to setup with Alexa and Google home (I have both). So far, all Wemo devices work together well. Peace of mind.

We have purchased 5 of these devices over the past 3 years. they work very well. Seem to be very durable. easy to upgrade software. Easy app with option rules of Sunrise or Sunset options. Setup auto away or schedule time for on or off for each device plugged in. also can have multiple plugged into one wall outlet with ease.

I’ve tried other smart plugs that just don’t work as well as this one. Sure there are those cheaper brands out there but you need to watch the wattage of them. I did try one that actually heated up so back that went. Not only that, these WEMO plugs are so easy to set up and you do not have to reset them if you lose power.

This product is a great idea. I originally purchased in with the intent of using it to use a lava lamp as a night light - since my son will never remember to turn it off on his own. It worked great for the first night. I set it up to turn on at sun down and off at sun up (a wonderful feature). Then night number two rolls around and it doesn't turn on. I check the device on my mobile app, it says it is not connected. But all my other Wifi devices are fine and I check my network logs, the wfii was never interrupted an not other devices were dropped that day. So it was just this device, nothing else on my network. I figured it was a glitch, re-did the entire set up for both ( I bought 2 of these for similar purposes). And it worked the next night (day 3). Day 4 then comes around and it is a repeat of not being connected... I then go ensure they have a dedicated IP on my network and make sure there is nothing on my router that is causing the issue. The problem persists. Eventually I returned these due to not being able to have them work. There is a chance I was unlucky and got 2 defective units. I really like the idea of having these in my home, but until they work out some flaws I think I will pass.

Love this unit. Its great coming home at 7 and having the lights already on for me. Easy to set up. Easy to create a schedule. Works all the time.

Installation was easy to complete, thanks to clear instructions and just overall ease of steps. And it works right away! Use it with Google Home.

Using one for outside Christmas lights and one for tree lights. I have them set on a timer and works great. Also works with my google assistant.

Product works great. I wish it had 2 outlets since it is sort of big. It also makes a clicking noise when Alexa turns it on and off.

Easy to use with Apple HomeKit. I bought 4 of the Smart plugs. I had an issue with one with WiFi connection. I finely got it to work and doing well. I haven’t had any issues so far. We haven’t had any power or WiFi issues yet. Waiting for the day to see if issues arise if the power goes out. I’d by more if needed.

Saw on sale for black friday so decided to get one to try on christmas tree. Was simple to set up and easily integrates with google home. So now can schedule to come on at certain time and then using google bedtime routines, just say good night and all lights, plugs turn off as programmed. Planning on getting a few more.

Downloaded the app, plugged the smart plug into the wall, and it just worked! Had my Christmas tree controlled by Alexa in a matter of minutes.

I am using several of these to control LED strip lights (much cheaper than Philips Hue Strips) and they work great. Also work well as a timer.

I own 5 Wemo switches and use them for our Christmas lights. They are easy to set up and i control them with my smart phone and Amazon Echo.

I have purchased a total of 6 Belkin/Wemo Mini Plugs and I am very satisfied with the way the devices function and with installation. My only issue is that the size of the plug is such that it obstructs other outlets in a power strip or in a multiplug. The problem can be alleviated by using an extender which allows the device to be plugged into and then the extender plugged into the socket. This, of course, is a bit of a hassle that would be unnecessary if the plug was shaped a bit differently

We love this product- it is so fun and easy to tell Alexa to turn our lights on and off everday. It works seamlessly and was easy to set up!

Love this item. Easy to install. No more reaching for the high switch on my floor lamp. Works great with Alexa. I definitely will buy more.

It's simple and compact (saving access to the second outlet) and easy to setup and use. You want to turn a standard lamp into a smart lamp? You want to time a fan to turn on and off at specific times? You want to reboot an old security cam that does not have a reboot function? This is the way to do it.
