Bought for my son, huge Wes Anderson fan. Was very excited to see at stores

These are my favorite movies. So glad they are sold in a box set.

Only Isle of Dogs has both DVD and Blu-ray...there's a skip on the DVD. Mr Fox has just the Blu-ray disk and a code to download the movie...so no DVD.

I love all of Wes Anderson's films like most of his fans and although these may not be my top favorites, its a great deal to add to your collection for cheap! Best Buy holiday pricing at $20 for Isle of Dogs and Fantastic Mr. Fox ain't too shabby! Both films are stop-motion animated and done in Anderson's unique style of humor and cinema that sets him apart. The stories are both lovely and fun, and ticket purchases for entrance to both films at the movie theater would cost more than the price of this bundle, at least while the holiday price lasts!

I watched Fantastic Mr.Fox once as a child and haven't thought much of it until recently, when I spotted it at the movie aisle in Best Buy. This collection, with Isle of Dogs, which is another sophisticated film from Wes Anderson, is worth the price (plus it was on sale at the time I bought it). Looked great on the collection shelf :)

If you're looking for a good combo of movies to watch on a day inside, I would highly recommend these.

Wes Anderson is perhaps an acquired taste, often representing a very dry, more British style of humor. These particular works may be more animated than Anderson's other fare but I'd be hard pressed to recommend them for younger children due to some more nuanced delivery of the plot. If you're a Wes Anderson fan, who enjoyed the Grand Budapest Hotel, then this double pack is a good value that should be right up your alley.

To be honest, I wanted to get the steelbook of Isle of Dogs when I went to the store a few years ago, but they ran out. One year later, I find that not only Isle of Dogs was on sale AND it was bundled with Fantastic Mr. Fox, that was a easy steal. Both movies are great and easily my favorite movies of Wes Anderson outside of The Grand Budapest Hotel. Also, if you're a fan of extras, both movies still have the extras contained.

Two dang good movies. These are, in my opinion, Wes’ best work. The care and detail in every frame, and just the stop motion in general are mesmerizing. Really love the dry comedy, especially in Mr. Fox. Isle of Dogs is a classic that I’ve watched at least 6 times, just for the dogs sneezing.

I love animated movies and these are some of the best for both young and old

Wes Anderson never disappoints. His "live-action" films like The Royal Tannenbaums, Grand Budapest Hotel, and Moonrise Kingdom are cinematic classics, in my opinion, so him venturing into the animated film realm was exciting. Both of these films are excellent - the storylines, the voice acting, the execution of the animation was all on-point and I highly recommend this to anyone.
