Bruce Springsteen has been one of my favorites since the 70's . Another great performance.

The Boss never ceases to surprise or impress. Just when I thought I had heard Bruce perform every which way, he comes out with the wonderful throwback to seventies singer/songwriters that is Western Stars. The music is great on its own, but the setting in this film really gives it an atmosphere that lifts the music even further.

Excellent sound and visuals, appeals mainly to the serious Bruce fan, as the commentary delves into his personal life and inner psyche. The musical performance had top notch production and is based on the album of the same name.

“Western Stars” captures a live performance of Springsteen’s album, filmed in a barn at his home. There are also little vignettes between the songs where Bruce discusses his life and philosophy. The live performances (with an orchestra) are even better than the original album, in my opinion.

My review is this one of the best I have ever seen so brilliant and well done I would love to share it with all my family I believe I have made it a point to watch this over and over again puts a smile on my face .

An absolute Amazing Movie about the life of Bruce Springsteen. Movie and the music was refreshing on the journey Springsteen has taken over the years of his musical career. The best movie I have seen this year.

It’s the Music! The songs just after listening for a few times seem so familiar. Yet so remarkable. Bruce has done it again! A true masterpiece. Watching the stories are unforgettable.

There is something about the music on this album that strikes all the right notes with me. And this movie, filmed in his horse barn backed up by an orchestra....???well, it’s wonderful. As a long time Springsteen fan, I love this.

This is Bruce Springsteen's newest musical bluray. Instead of rock and roll he has written and sung too with a live orchestra and his band "Country" music. If you love Bruce you will love his new bluray , Western Stars.

I saw the movie in the theater and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. Only negative to the Blu-ray was that it was delivered via mail with the plastic wrapping torn and the case damaged/cracked. It should have been packaged better to protect it in the mail. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the poor shipping packaging.

Since I love Bruce it was an amazing movie/concert to watch. I have watched 2 times and will watch it more to get the music down Thanks Best Buy for having it on line

WOW ! EXCELLENT DOCU/CONCERT ! WONDERFUL MUSIC AND THE ORCHESTRA IS A BONUS. BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN HAS BROUGHT ANOTHER CONCEPT TO LIFE.

Wonderful music. Heartfelt poetry. Great stage set. This would have received 5 stars if it was possible to jump to different scenes. There's no chapter index. The fast forward/reverse button is the only way to select specific songs.

Very cool film, been a Bruce fan for years and he never disappoints!
