It’s been freezing so haven’t been able to mount it. Today I open it and the screen if broken right out of the box. No longwr returnable by best buy standards

The color and sound are great [it is easy to hear at low volume leaving a lot of wiggle room to turn it up as needed] The roku menu and software is easy to use and i can control the t.v. from my phone... which was essential since the Westinghouse remote is a roku remote and that controlled our 56" hisense t.v. at whether we want it to or not...
