It is semi smart with very limited apps; I believe only 3 apps. I would recommend that a person spending a couple of hundred dollars for this item, is much better of off to add an additional $50 or $60 to get something with much better options.

Ok for price

And using a couple gift cards held over from Christmas. So, not much out of pocket. Great TV, but the remote is horrible. No previous channel button, NO MUTE! What??? I guess they figure you're going to hook up a sound bar....
