I debated on buying this TV versus a Vizio or Samsung or other big brand tv because I wanted a reliable TV that wouldn't have broken pixels within the first month or break, etc. This was by far well worth my small, college-student-friendly budget! I use it as a TV and as a computer monitor for my bedroom. It has 3 hdmi inputs, which come in handy. It's also somewhat of a smart tv, with apps like Netflix already installed. However, you cannot add more apps and the "smartphone remote" they advertise to have isn't available in the USA on the App Store, for iPhones at least. This TV is a great alternative to big brands that cost an arm, leg, and the soul of your first child. I'm a pretty picky person, but as long as the pixels function correctly, an appropriate amount of outputs are installed, and a big enough screen, I'd call it a win for a TV, and this TV is a winner.

Nice images, the only thing who bothers me is the lack of numbers on the remote for direct access to desired channel. The price was great and I hope that every part will last longer than my last TV 3 years old.

This was my second Westinghouse television I have purchased in three years and it does not disappoint . Beautiful image easy setup great sound. The remote control is a bit awkward not very attractive odd appearance.. I would definitely recommend buying this television very good tv for very little money. .

Great television. Cannot beat this quality at this price, it is not a true smart tv, it has internet connection and 5 apps but it's okay and toggling between apps on the remote can be a bit difficult

Love this TV, it connected easily to my WiFi and works great online, and the image quality is fabulous!

Bought this tv for the bedroom to have access to Netflix and didn't want extra wiring from a gaming system or DVD player. Connection is great and quality of the picture is even better. No complaints about the sound either. Remote is cheap, but expected. Easy to use. Great price. Would buy again

Good picture, not so good remote. Works fine, very short just a poor design. Bought it as a deal of the day so price was very good. Fit my bookcase perfectly. We shall see how long it last.

Really pleased with the tv. Would give it five star but the smart part I really don't care for. It's really basic as far as I can tell. Has Netflix which we use so that's a great feature.

The tv works but the remote is not very good. You have to aim it directly at the tv all the time. Also the tv reacts to the remote slowly and there are no numbers on it to change channels all you have is up or down. I only use it to stream Netflix and other stuff so that's really not that big a deal for me right now. I read some reviews before I bought it and most were good so I thought the others were just picky. The picture and sound are fine. Volume is excellent. Oh and it's not really a smart tv. It only has a few preloaded apps.

I think the tv should be a little louder and I don't like the remote . Other than those 2 things. The picture is fine and the tv works well. You CANNOT DOWNLOAD OTHER THINGS.

Great quality smart tv! The set up was easy, the picture- and sound quality is amazing for a tv of this price range. It has a remote control that is easy to understand, even my little boy can get to Netflix or online search without problems. My family and I love this tv!

This is a great tv for starting out. Got this for our son at college and he loves the smart tv feature. It has a nice clear picture and for the price, it is a great tv.

I was searching for an affordable LED TV and came across this Westinghouse. At first, I thought that the picture quality wasn't going to be that great, even after noticing the other good reviews for it, but I was immediately shocked when I found otherwise. The picture quality is amazing for the price. The only thing I did not like about this was the control. It is very cheap and bulky, but functional. I now have Youtube, and plenty of other channels that I can stream from this TV. The sound quality is also really good, so I don't really see where you can go wrong for the price. I've only had it for about one month, but it seems to working great. I would definitely recommend this to anybody!

I had a basic Westinghouse 30" 1080 in my bedroom that's I received for Christmas is 2006. 4 years ago my family purchased their first smart tv for the living room. It was a phillips. Let me tell you, when my husband and I were searching tvs I was looking for a sale since we just recently purchased a new home. Along with went for a name we've had and still trust. This 40" Westinghouse smart tv is quick to load and connect to wifi, easy to use and smooth. Especially coming from the Phillips smart tv I had at my old home--it was awful. I love how basic the remote is, perfect for young children, and the elderly. It has bigger buttons then normal. This 40" is actually the second Westinghouse smart tv we bought. We have it hanging in our basement. The first one we got was the 50" for our living room. Obviously we loved it so much and the price was right.

Great tv , large size . Sound is amazing . I don't have turn turn the volume up too large .. has every apps but Hulu which sucks but Netflix's will do

Nice tv for the price. Good picture, smart feature does not have all the big apps. But that's not a problem for me. I use a fire stick from amazon.

I purchased this TV looking at the price and it was a better decision. You can not expect the best in this price, but this specific model will satisfy all your needs being a Smart LED TV with 40" screen and the quality experience.

Bought this TV to mount in man-cave. Had very easy set up and great picture for the $. Not a true smart TV, but works perfect for my use.
