an ok tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the remote control that comes with the tv is very basic, no mute button and missing alot of other buttons that i am used to having. doesn't have as many smart capabilities as I hoped for. picture is good sound is good but it goes from barely being able to hear it to super loud when you try to adjust the volume.

Alright for the price.

It has issues staying connected to the internet and the user interface is slow. Oddly enough, the remote doesn't have numbers on it, but it's alright when a receiver is connected to it. Pretty good picture. Great for a college dorm or guest room.

Great Picture but......

Good thing I had cable 'coz the remote that comes with this set, has no numbers to pick a channel. All you you get is a power button and the 3 app. buttons. You'd have to scroll to find a channel. Wonderful picture though on the TV itself.

My only issue is it's a smart TV so I was planning on streaming amazon prime but the TV is limited to only 5 streaming stations. they are printed on the box, no more than those. amazon is not one. Thats the reason for 4 stars not 5

No complaints

The remote is simple and extremely user friendly and the picture quality is wonderful. Volume is excellent as well.
