I'm satisfied with this purchase, but not certain that I would purchase it again. The picture and audio quality is good. I use this product in our Escape Room to monitor the progress of guests who are playing our games. The 1080 resolution makes it very easy to see them and provide the best clues when hints are needed. When we don't have guests, the smart TV functionality is utilized and we play Pandora or Netflix. Sometimes the buffering occurs and the connection is lost requiring. The connection typically restores itself without little or no intervention. Occasionally I have to exit the app and sometimes I have to totally turn off the TV. The wireless internet functionality is not the best, but sufficient. I have 50 Mps down and 5 Mps up, but still, run into buffering. The WiFi takes a longer time that I would like when it is first turned on. It typically takes 30-60 seconds for the WiFi connection to be established when the television is turned on. Thus if you were going to simply turn it on and watch Netflix, you will need to know you will have a delay for the TV to turn on, but an additional delay for the WiFi to make the connection. The remote that comes with the TV is not really a TV remote, but instead a quick remote for NetFlix, Hulu, and a couple of other apps. If you want to use the remote for watching TV, muting the TV and changing channels, you will need to purchase an aftermarket remote. This works in my case as we are not changing channels or muting the TV, we are instead changing from HDMI and Smart TV apps. I did run into an issue setting up the TV as the WiFi settings are not retained until you scan for channels. Since I don't have Cable, Satellite or Antennas connected, this was a waste of my time. I had to call support 3 times before I received a technician that did the right steps. Each agent walked me through resetting the TV and going through the setup, which resulted in me typing in my WiFi settings and long password multiple times. The issue is that the TV does not realize setup has been completed because it wants to scan for stations. Thus if you got this just for the Smart TV functionality, you'll most likely not be happy with it.

I bought this for a home gym, and it is OK. I own three Samsung's and can definitely see the difference, you get what you pay for. The remote is sometimes unresponsive, as is the TV if you are trying to navigate some of the submenus or select some of the apps. Also it does not have Amazon Instant video and there is no way to add it, so I will have to buy an aftermarket item like an Amazon fire stick or Roku. As I said this is for a home gym but I would never buy it for a Main viewing television like in a living room or bedroom etc. spend extra money and have a more enjoyable experience

This was such a fun game for me and my son. We love Legos and especially Ninjago. We have almost all the Lego games for Xbox One.

I bought this 42" Westinghouse last week. Very simple and easy hookup. Just make sure you have your internet password and security code info to get wifi hooked up. I am a caveman when it comes to technology but this was very easy. Just need an HDMI cable from TV to computer to get the TV to use as your computer monitor. Very easy! The picture on the tv is excellent. Very easy to get to netflix. But just amazed at the picture quality on the internet. It arrived on time and in the rain. But I did have one bad experience. Best Buy charged me 2x for the extra 2yr protection plan. But their rep was very helpful in getting this straigtened out with just one call. Overall buying and getting the tv went very well. We will see about longevity!

Good picture quality, especially for the size and price. We're happy with this purchase. Would have given it 5 stars except as others have mentioned, it comes with netflix, youtube, vudu loaded (with their buttons on the remote), but you can't load other apps. You might be able to work around this with connecting through a gaming system, but it suits our needs as is.

Ok TV. Picture is good. TV is VERY slow to boot up, and you have to wait for the Volume to work (so make sure it's low, before you turn it off). Features are basic, not much to choose from. The software seems to have a hard time processing, and sometimes features and operations are slow to act. Sound is a challenge. We keep having to change the sound-mode, depending what show is on. Sometimes it's hard to hear what's on the TV. It's a pain to have to go into the menu and change settings all the time, to hear clearly. Volume is very flaky. Sometimes on one source, you have to turn it almost all the way up. Other times, 4 or 5 clicks from zero, and it's super loud. We're going to use it for a spare / bedroom TV, not much use. It's good for that kind of stuff, but I wouldn't have it for primary TV / entertainment.

The picture quality is good, and the build quality is nice. It's not at all heavy for its size. But, the "SMART" TV features are terrible! The processor is much too slow and cannot keep up with your commands. It occasionally hangs if you've been using YouTube or other apps too long. And it's app selection is atrociously low. This is a good TV tuner, but you're much better off using Roku or FireTV to pair with it.

My bedroom TV was fried in a storm. I was less than excited to spend the money to replace it. My previous one was a smart t.v. and I paid over $600 for it. I was sceptical that this one would be of good quality with the low pricetag, I've also never owned Westinghouse electronics. I knew I could return it so I gave it a shot. The picture is very clear. I like that the border around the screen is thin. Pretty lightweight and I had it up on the existing mount in about 5 minutes. The only drawback is the remote. It's very basic and lacks several options that really make it fall short of convenient. The wifi works well and loads quickly.

This TV was an upgrade from the one we originally purchased, that did not have vga input, after going back to the store 6 times to be sold the wrong adaptors. I was given this TV at the same price of my original purchase, this TV DOES have a VGA input (I run my laptop onto a TV screen for everything) I didn't even know this one was a smart TV till I got it home! So far we love it, occasionally the remote is delayed but it seems to only happen if you just turned on the TV or it's been on standby during a movie or something. Picture is crisp, sound is great without any external speakers! Love it.

I purchased this for my 7 year old grandson's bedroom. I didn't want to invest a lot knowing it would be a secondary tv in a child's room. It's working great, no problem with picture quality or Roku features.

I love the TV has a great picture! I am not happy with the remote control, it has no numbers to change channels and there is no Mute button. :(

Typical TV, good picture quality. Lite, easy to mount. Fairly thin bezel. No complaints except for the remote. The remote is garbage -1 star. Luckily I use dish, and the dish hopper3 voice remote works great. I can control it with my echo dot! The emitter/eye for the TV is in the bottom right of the TV, in my circumstance it's difficult to "hit" -1 star.

We were looking for a tv to replace our bedroom tv and decided to get this one...great picture and pretty easy to set up...had a little bit of an issue connecting the wifi but got it eventually...well worth it!

One of the best products I’ve gotten in a long time. Very light weight and reliable & bright. Sound goes very high so need to have passed 11 for comfortable sound.

Great picture, at a great price and it was really easy to setup.

I like these flat screen tvs because they have good pictures and good sound. They are also easy to program.

Good value with a great picture and access to apps.
