The price was to good to be true and it wasn't true. I got the TV home I didn't open right away because I was out of state. When I took it out of the box and plugged it in it did not work. It was past the 15 day warranty (read all before buy) Best Buy told me to bad you now have to deal with Westinghouse. I still have a broke TV in my front room. Best Buy connected me to Westinghouse they tell me I have to ship it to them (and I have to pay the shipping). They were suppose to email me a shipping label and I had to email them 4 pics I said ok. I never got the email with the shipping label and now I'm trying to dispute this charge. I bought a new TV and they want to fix it and send me a TV that has been worked on. I bought a new TV I thought. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP TV.

I purchased this as a computer work station. Having a large screen in 4K is great for autocad. Anyway, great resolution, great sound, all around a great buy!

The picture on the TV is good. That is all. The sound is horrific. We had no other choice but to get a soundbar. It takes forever for the TV to boot. The smart TV functions are limited to few channels which we can only watch one. It was a sad excuse for a TV. Although it was cheap, it wasn't worth it! I wish we could take it back, but it's too late.

Good picture - color - effects.. Easy to use happy with purchase

The TV does everything correctly, great picture and easy to setup. It found my network and connected really fast.

This set started off as a great purchase after about 2 years I started having issues with the set having to warm up about 10 minutes before I could control the volume or use the sleep timer, the great part, it was under warranty and they replaced it no hassle.

The only feature this TV lacks is upscaling, but the picture is outstanding nevertheless and this set works very well for a 2nd device in a bedroom or play room.

I got this on a cyber Monday sale. Turned out to be worthless!

Needs better sound but the picture is good good price

Tv is light and easy to manage and move around. I couldn't help but feel like the TV was cheaply made. I don't know that's just me but the video quality and sound were very surprisingly good-great.

After disconnecting old TV assembling new and turning on nothing works. Went thru the trouble shooting tips still no luck. Think it is a great price because someone knew this was a shoddy piece of equipment. The trouble and aggravation of returning now add to aggravation. 2nd disappointing item I've purchased from Best Buy. May have to end loyalty

Terrible overall quality video and sound. Not enough ports for external devices.

Good TV especially for the price . the only downside I've had is I tried connecting my laptop through the VGA port and it the picture only shows 1 out of 50 times! Other than that everything works great!

Why on Earth are they making a 4k at 60hrtz? I would only recommend this TV to someone that is wanting a new TV and that they don't care about quality. When it comes to quality, don't ever buy anything less than 120Hz refresh rate. Also don't fall for the other TV with an AquoMotion of 120, it's meaningless. Refresh rate is what really matters!!
