This was a very good buy. Low price, fine detaled picture, and a reasonably-price extended warranty made this a great deal.

I bought this TV before Black Friday,for $299.A good deal for a 50 inch led tv.I believe it is back lit,not edge lit,giving it a better picture and no edge bleed.Sound is ok,but for the price I cannot complain.Overall a good tv after you adjust the settings!!My folks were happy with their gift!!Thanks Best Buy

This is a great tv especially for the price! I got a black Friday deal, so I bought 2! It's super thin, lightweight, but still had great color and decent sound. My only complaint is when the screen is completely white, you can see a couple of dark spots behind the screen where something blocking the light.

We use this in our family room mostly for DVD/Bluray and App (netflix) viewing (with a sony player). Zero complaints. I have had a 55" westinghouse in my basement for years with zero issues. Really like the westinghouse brand, especially when you consider price. This may not compare 1 to 1 with specs from the more well known brands but if you want a monitor to use with your cable box or player then this is the way to go in my opinion.

I caught this TV on sale for 299.99. Pretty good buy. I've started to love Westinghouse. I purchased this one over a Samsung because it has 3 HDMI ports over the 2 that Samsung has. Great picture and simple to use.

TV was priced at a very good rate. Has excellent picture and features. Family very happy.

This is good tv for the price. I think I paid 300.00 something for it. For the price and size it works well. I have 4 Samsung tvs. All are more high end sets all have better pictures and better sound. But all cost a lot more. 1 month in. No issues. Good budget set.

Even though the picture I a very good. Sound is not. We fixed that with a sound bar and dwe love it!!

Paid $270 and the picture is great for the money as a basic 1080p 60hz tv. Sound is not that good though. Would benefit from a soundbar but is adequate for watching tv by tweaking the audio settings. Good buy for a 50" tv if you need a simple tv.

I purchased this tv during Black Friday. I knew I wanted 1080 p, 50 innch, 60hz refresh rate, non-smart tv. I went into the store and saw this tv for a great price. Since late November I have been using this tv a lot for gaming over the Xbox one. The graphics are superb, I really love how the tv does not radiate a lot of heat like my last one. Overall I am extremely satisfied!

Good picture and overall quality. Only negative is the sound. It just isn't good enough quality to go with that big of a screen. My boyfriend worked on hooking up some external speakers/receiver kind of deal and it sounds great now.

TV is wonderful and works amazingly!! Sound's not to bad, but for having it in a bedroom it's just fine. Will buy a sound bar once I move it into a bigger area. Great picture!!

Excellent value on this TV 50 inch only issue is does need a sound bar as a sound quality is not that decent it's OK though otherwise great buy for this TV

This is a great value for the money. The picture looks great as well. For the preset display setting the setting for the retail floor is amazing looking but the reds are a bit off and there really is a high level of adjustments you can make. Too much for me. I use the "movie/theatre" setting instead and it works great.
