very slow start up

TV damaged in box

Bought a Westinghouse TV from these guys as a door buster on 12/18. The TV screen had a crack in it, would not start up the display, tried to return it to the store on 12/27 and they would not take it back. They referred me to go back to the manufacturer (Westinghouse) to deal with them. I returned the 2nd TV back to them, and also the replacements I had purchased. This will be my last interaction with Best (Worst) Buy. Will be purchasing my electronics from other places. The two replacement TVs are now purchased from Costco instead due to their excellent customer service.

Can be complicated for one who isn't tech savvy, but once you get the hang of it. It's great. Though doesn't have a lot of deep sounds, thus you may need a home theater system for that

It often loses connectivity in the middle of watching YouTube, and therefore is quite frustrating for that. As a television it's pretty decent.

Good 4K TV for the price

It was on sale and I am satisfied with how it displays. The only thing is that it looks digital. However that was based upon non 4K streaming but it still looks great.
