The remote often does not work, reception is poor, & today the tv won't power up aka turn on. Best Buy docent want to give my money back or exchange it for a different model. Best Buy & Westinghouse exhibit poor quality & service.

Great Customer Service from both!!! The TV is great. Picture looks good, sound quality is there. Very happy with our purchase.

I ended up for a few more bucks with an LG… even the employee(at Best Buy) said this brand is not good.., for those that want to be cheap better get that protection plan(highly recommended)…

So whenever anybody comes to the door, it pops up a small corner picture in picture of the ring doorbell in the corner.

For some reason the tuner works better than any other TV I have when using antenna channels with the same antenna. I absolutely love the interface of the smart TV feature and it’s almost as good as my Amazon fire stick if not easier to use. So now I find that I hardly ever use my Amazon fire stick anymore. Tons of great features built into the software. I liked it so much I was going to buy another one that I don’t need just because of the software to replace an LG.
