Love the ease of removing the tub for easy cleaning. I do wish the lids had another 2 inches of depth so it is not resting on turkey if your cook on a rack.

It frees up the oven for other dishes. It cooked the Turkey to perfection! Can’t believe I waited this long to get a roaster. Made well and just very happy with it.
