However this is a heavy-duty apparatus. It peels, slices and cores apples and the suction cup fits tight to the table. However, the peeling blade leaves grooves in the apple and does skip some peel. That is not a big deal since really I don't care if a little peel makes it into my pies and crumbles. It is time saving and worth the price--the first time I used it I flew through about 50 lbs of apples in no time. Buy it. I wasn't disappointed, but it's not perfect.

Wonderful after reenforcing the handle.

I love using this to cut apples for the kids as well as making apple desserts I would usually be to lazy to make. Probably should rate it 3 stars because of it breaking immediately but my doc has kept it going strong and it is good enough to catch 4.

Blade dulls quickly.
