    It works fine but is a little hard to maneuver without it being mounted. Still very consistent and even cut fries. We use this not nearly as often as we should cause everyone loved it when we do.

    MY FRIEND HAD TO DO POTATOE SOUP. HE USED THIS TO CUT ALL THE POTATOES AND SAID IT REALLY HELPED.
