We have used it now for many different types of fruits and also to make cucumber chips. Looking forward to making jerky also. It is so easy to use. The features are all wonderful and work great. It is a pretty good size so be sure to take measurements for where you plan to set it up for use. Love the digital programming and the light feature. Plenty of trays and with the size you can dehydrate so much an once.

Amazing

The only negative is that the tray holes are larger than I expected. I use parchment paper for items that fall through the holes.
