This TV stand is very attractive and sturdy. I have a 65 inch tv mounted on it and it looks great. The TV is at the right height for viewing. I love the ability to swivel the tv to the left or right. This stand is, however, very difficult to assemble!!!

I recently moved to a new apartment and bought a lot of new furniture. After spending all day assembling furniture that made me pull me hair out, I wasn't looking forward to this. To my surprise, it was pain free and very simple to assemble. Took my spouse and I less about an hour to setup. We opted to hang our TV on the brace and it looks great! It's pairs perfectly with our new 65 inch 4K. Highly recommended this entertainment console.

Nice form factor. Very wide shelves to hold components. TV mount is convenient and gives and gives a third shelve to use. The mount holds my Sharp Aquos 40" with no problem. When you install, I'd recommend installing the suction cups that hold the glass shelves first. It's hard to do once it's assembled. Have lots of zip ties on hand when you build it. You can zip tie the wires to the shelf supports to hide them. You can also zip tie a power strip to the back of the tv mount to hide a lot of power cables.

I've owned quite a few Whalen products over the years and have always been completely satisfied, this one let me down a little though. The glass, the mast, the wood finish, everything was great but where this product fails is the tack welds used on the shelving. They immediately broke upon assembly and I completely lost my middle shelf. I never put any weight on it but if yours doesnt break I wouldnt push paat a 10-15lbs load limit. The 4th pic is what someone considered a 'strong' weld after the other 2 corners had broke. I give it a 4 star cause all the postive experiences I've had with Whalen and chalk this up as a fluke.

It took a little bit of time to assemble as just one person, with two people it would have gone much faster. I think the most important thing is to not tighten everything right away. Get things screwed in, but be mindful that you might need to adjust things for balance when you get close to being done with assembly. That saved me a lot of time. The unit looks perfect--modern, stylish, and really functional.

I absolutely love this stand. It's sturdy so far. Not hard to put together and it looks great.

This stand was way nicer than I expected. It has sturdy pieces and hardware but does take some time to put together. The only reason this is not 5 stars are the pains that I experienced while putting it together . The first pain was the self tapp wood screws that add stability to top shelf I had to fight to get the metal housing square so the glass shelf sat evenly. The second was the swivel on the floating mount. It was basically frozen stuck from over tightening and I had to use lubricant and brute force to get it to move. Moved ok afterwards of course

I purchased this stand in a hurry - I found out while setting up my new set that the existing stand was simply not wide enough for my new TV to fit on. I checked BestBuy.com and read a few reviews of some of the stands, deciding to take a look at this stand in store. I immediately loved the utility of it - there are multiple ways to use it for your set and it includes a great deal of shelf space for your home theater components or media. Ultimately I settled on using the clever built-in wall-mount style stand - it raises the set off the top glass giving me a perfect place to put my center channel speaker. I love the flexible design and options, the size was perfect for my location in my home, and it even has clever cable hiding holes to make the cable runs you need to. If there were any negatives they involved the attaching of the glass panel shelves and the set mounting hardware. I'll try to be specific about each: GLASS SHELVES - the shelves attach to the stand with suction cups - there are 24 of them (8 per shelf) that must be pushed into a tab on the arms of each shelf. To put it simply, this really was a challenge as the suction cups did not want to go in without a huge amount of effort. My advice is to put some vaseline or similar grease that you can wipe off the portion you put through the tab - it will make inserting them a little easier. MOUNT HARDWARE - be aware that while the mounting hardware kit that comes for the wall-mount style arrangement is pretty extensive, you might need to get additional parts to make it work. Some of the new sets - especially the ultrathin or curved sets - will likely need to use the hardware that came with the TV, rather than the stand. In my case I had to order some bolts from Amazon but they worked perfectly. Overall, I am VERY happy with this purchase and while the two things I mentioned above are negatives they definitely would not stop me from buying this stand! It is well made and as I noted, very flexible.

Sleek and minimalistic design. Fits perfectly in my livingroom. Will need two people to assemble and takes about an hour from start to finish. Overall good tv stand. Exactly what I was looking for.

looked for a TV stand for a long time after I purchased a 65" Samsung Ultra TV. Best Buy is my favorite store and a salesman pointed this stand. It is very well built, sturdy and, best of all very good looking. It has 3 shelves for all my devices. It was very easy to put together and mounting the TV to the mount which was included. We're seniors and had no problems. I highly recommend this stand.

What furniture is easy to put together? This was fairly easy. Looks good with the tv mounted on the swivel stand. Swivels nicely for side viewing

This stand was exactly what I was looking for! It actually fit my Samsung 75" Q7 LED TV, on the mounting bracket, with just the right amount of space for my Xbox One X and cable box to sit on the top shelf and not interfere with the TV screen. It also fit my Pioneer Elite receiver, which is huge, with room to spare, and still had room for all the other equipment to fit on it.

I PURCHASED THIS ONLINE WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT IN PERSON, AND MUCH TO MY SURPRISE THIS ITEM IS ACTUALLY EXPONENTIALLY MORE STUNNING & STURDY WHEN YOU GET IT IN PERSON THAN ANY OF THE ONLINE PHOTOGRAPHS DEPICT!... THIS ITEM IS SOMEWHAT HEAVY BUT NOT TO BAD IF YOUR NEEDING TO MANEUVER IT AROUND ALONE. (JUST FYI; I AM 6'5" 234 lbs.) I DID NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO PICK UP THE ITEM FROM A "BEST BUY" LOCATION. THEREFORE, I HAD TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO MY RESIDENCE. THE BOX WAS DELIVERED OUTSIDE MY FRONT DOOR ON THE PATIO WITH NO NOTE/CONFIRMATION/DAMAGE SLIP/ETC.... AND IT IS A PRETTY LARGE SIZED BOX! IT ALSO LOOKED QUITE BEATUP AND I SURPRISED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIGN FOR IT CONSIDERING I PAID OVER $300 AT THE TIME. ANYWAYS, I TOOK PHOTOS WITH CELL PHONE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF INSPECTING THE ITEM FOR ANY DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS. (BACK TO REVIEW: I PERSONALLY WOULD HAVE TO ASSUME THAT THIS ITEM IS NOT A ONE PERSON JOB, AND THAT A MAJORITY OF CUSTOMERS SHOULD USE A MINIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE TO MOVE AS WELL AS ASSEMBLING THIS PRODUCT. (BUT NOT TO TIGHT. OVER TIGHTENING WILL BEND/BREAK ITEM.) ENJOY!!!! THIS IS AN ELEGANT AND STURDY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER/STAND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW QUALITY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER ITEM! We bought this for our 55 inch flat screen, and it is perfect for it. Has three shelves in total so can fit a lot on to it. We didn't attach the stand that raises the TV, as we didn't think it suited the layout of our room. It's a very nice feature though. Took us about an hour and a half to put together. Very solid and sturdy pieces. Will last a while, so worth paying the extra for it.
