This was a great purchase and it was on sell that made it so much better. I bought this to hold my 65 inch Samsung TV. Very well made and you can even move the screen from left to right. Its best that you have two people to help you put this thing together its a little hard getting it started with the assembly.

LOOKS NICE , EASY TO ASSEMBLE. WE HAVE A 55 INCH TV. IT WAS EASY TO MOUNT AND IS KEEPS THE TV STABLE.

Purchased this to mount our new 60 inch flat screen. There are several versions of this stand, with different manufacturers listed, but at Best Buy they are by "Whalen". The unit is made up of a a steel spine, which also acts as a mounting post for your TV, to which you attach the metal shelf frames. Then the side panels are attached to these frames to make a solid structure. Suction cups are attached to the shelf frames, and the tempered glass is 'placed' on them. That's it. You can remove the spine extension and wall mount the TV, or you can sit it on the cabinet top, after affixing a small plastic 'stop' to the table top. We chose to use the supplied post for hanging our TV on the included swiveling backing plate (as depicted in the image). The TV can turn about 45 degrees to either side using this mounting bracket. The TV is 'hung' on the bracket with simply v-notches and then the bottom hooks have bolts which are tightened to hold it to the frame (think of the little bolts used on light fixtures to hold glass covers on). While not overly secure, it seems stable enough. The table itself is not heavy- probably less than 60 lbs- with the tempered glass shelves in place. Add another 45 lbs for the 60 inch TV and I have an easily moved TV console. Cons: The manual for this unit is poorly written. It depends on drawings a lot, and some of those are confusing. There is supposedly an assembly video, but every time I tried to access it, it was unavailable. There are also defects in the tempered glass- not structural, but there are white blemishes in the surface that make the glass look dirty, and cannot be cleaned. Finally, the supplied "support strap" is a joke. it is nothing more than a 6 inch long piece of plastic that would most likely snap at the first minor earthquake.

I had Geek Squad install the stand. It’s very sturdy and looks great. It holds my 65inch LG CX perfectly fine. Since your TV is mounted to the bracket you will have no trouble at all fitting a large soundbar under it. I highly recommend this product!

This console is stunning and very functional. Glass top is easy to clean and the wood is elegant yet sturdy. The two shelves below are tall and have lots of room. The swivel doesn't look very sturdy for older HDTVs (which I own) but newer lighter models will probably work better. Definitely a great purchase!

Very easy to set up and classy high end look. Mounting the tiv to the braket attached to the stand with the swivel option available is the best hands down. You can literally move it from side to side with your pinky is so easy and smooth flowing, don't worry about the TV falling the bracket to hold the TV tight and securely.

I searched several places before Best Buy. I found the tv console with the assistance of a floor person. It was exactly what I wanted. The style, the color and most importantly, the capacity was perfect for my needs. I used the Geek Squad to assemble it at my home and the fellow they sent did a great job.

I am satisfied with this TV stand. The price was very good, especially when compared to other similar stands. I am even more impressed with the quality. Very sturdy, durable and attractive. The assembly was what to be expected. I have no regrets about buying this product.

Fairly easy to assemble, get someone to help you! One screw on bottom leg/shelf attachment stripped out but unit still feels stable. Use caution when assembling. Black coating on glass shelves easy to scratch, be aware and don’t use a razor scraper to remove stickers. All in all, it looks nice. Purchased because I didn’t want a wall mount. You can buy a nicer unit but will have to spend a lot more money.

The console looks good and is well designed. There is one assembly step that kept it from 5 stars. If you are not careful with 4 screws that attach to the wood end pieces, the top piece of glass will not align to the arms properly. Easily solved by backing off on one or two screws until the glass falls into place. The hardware package is excellent and supports three different configurations.

I did a lot of research with about every store thinkable before I settled on this purchase. My living room has a modern vibe and I didn't want something that looked old and stuffy. The wonderful tempered glass is the perfect look to complete my living room furniture set! You will be happy with this purchase as well. Expect assembly to take about 1-2 hours depending on if you have someone to help out. No issues in my two months of ownership thus far. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice modern piece for their living room. It comfortably fits my 60 inch plasma TV (really heavy!) and shows no sign of bending under the weight. Keep in mind that you must secure the stand to the wall using an anchor to ensure it does not topple over; or at least not topple over easily. It must be fairly flush against the wall for this to be the case.

I looked at many tv stands trying to find the one that would fit in the area I wanted it in besides fit the 65 inch Tv I just bought and this particular piece of furniture fit the bill just nicely. It's very stylish and sleek with smoked glass, which is a nice feature. Sturdy and stable and easy to put together.

After reading reviews and seeing many skeptical comments regarding "scratching" on the underside of glass shelves, we took our chances and bought for college starter apartment. Intent was to provide daughter with a sturdy, classy look for her 55"TV hoping it would last through college and she could transport with her as her interests matured into living on her own. Very happy with purchase and would recommend to parents.

This is a really nicely designed piece of furniture. Instructions clear. Only slight problem was the glass suction cups but after struggling with the first one I added a small portion of Vaseline with q tip and that helped tremendously get one and a little Vaseline (lol) for your home today

This is a very nice stand. It was easy to put together and is not cheaply made like a lot of things you put together. It has a lot of space to put your cable box, game consoles, etc on. The only negative is that it is glossy and picks up any piece of dust possible, especially since I have pets.

Very sturdy but not the easiest thing I have assembled. Make sure you have a level as you need to leave a lot of things loose until you get close to the end. Also if you use the mount keep in mind the mounting bolts are metric. I needed to purchase desperate bolts since the two options in the right size were both the wrong length.

Good TV stand. Sturdy and looks good with plenty of space for peripheral devices.

IT IS EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND STURDY. I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN MOUNT THE TV TO THE SWIVEL. I HAVE TWO OTHER ONES THAT I USE FOR A 65 INCH AND A 75 INCH TV.

We loved how the basic option works, with the TV mounted to the stand connected to the back of the unit. We also appreciated the fact we could set the TV's own stand on the unit OR mount the TV to the wall. The quality of the unit is the first thing you notice when you see it. Highly recommended!
