Sturdy for large TV's

I just can't built things and I don't like to. My Dad on his own took about 1.5hrs putting it together - but he was also watching his game at the same time.... :-) Nice piece and it has a little swivel so you can adjust the TV left to right if needed... good eye level too and I purchased it for my new Sony 65" TV

I have to say it's so much BETTER. Strong, stable, modern, stylish. It had to be assembled. Two Geek Squad techs did an excellent job assembling it in our home and putting our 55" TV on it. No wobbling and totally secure. The shelves are tempered glass, which cleaned very easily. Highly recommend.

Impressive set-up for my home
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Whalen Furniture BBXL54NV 3-in-1 console to have something to mount my new LG HDTV and soundbar/subwoofer to. The directions to put the unit together weren't too bad for a kit unit. I am very happy with how the whole package looked together after mounting the TV to the riser and setting up the rest of my stereo equipment and gaming console. I was able to adapt the wall-mount bracket for the sound bar to the riser directly below the TV for a totally wicked look to the system. Definitely the centerpiece of my living room.

Impressed with quality

I normally don't buy furniture that requires self assembly because I'm always disappointed with the quality. I took a chance on this one because I didn't want to spend a fortune. I don't regret it. Also, the mount is quite easy to use for mounting and dismounting. I'd recommend this product.

Nice sturdy solid tv stand

I picked it up from my local best buy store. When I opened the box I was a little overwhelmed by how many parts came with it but the instructions were simple and once I started working it was a piece of cake! Mounting the tv was also easy pizzy.. I love the cherry wood finsh! Good job Whalen Furniture and Best Buy!!!!

(*Samsung owners be aware you may need to aquire 4 cap screws which are clearly listed to mount the TV on the swivel base A simple- 5$ application). The shelves are elegant smoked dark glass and every part of the components of this product was obviously well engineered. Completely satisfied.
