Such a great movie. A visual masterpiece for its time. I still think it looks great.

I think this is perhaps one of the best movies that Robin Williams has done in his career. No, it's not for everyone, but it concerns his family and the tragedy it undertakes in a course of a few years. Their family is torn when their kids die in a vehicle accident. He and his wife are both dealing with it emotionally for a long, long time. After driving home from work, Robin's character as a doctor suddenly experiences yet another vehicle accident. He tries to help out as best he can with one particular victim, but somehow becomes a victim himself in the process. He becomes deceased and meets his angelic guide to the afterlife. His grieving widow just can't seem to deal with the huge loss yet again for someone she loves. She is emotionally depressed and takes her own life. Robin's spirit and his angelic guide must now face reality that they may not be able to rescue her or ever see her again. I liked the movie and it's basically a love story that even after death, your love still exists for each other and may be even stronger. It looks good now on HD Blu-ray! It is far superior the outdated DVD. Find a good deal on this one!

This is by far one of my favorite movies. I have purchased more than once as discs have gotten lost or damaged

This is the touching story of a family that is torn apart by death and the attempts of the father/husband to put the family back together again in the afterlife. I'm not known for crying during movies, but I can't watch this movie without at least tearing up. It's so sad, and yet, so uplifting at the end. It deals with life and death, true love, the afterlife, and the true power that a loving family has. I've never read the book that this movie is based on, but I've read a synopis of it and they are WAY different. If you've read the book but haven't seen the movie, expect MAJOR changes in the movie. I highly recommend this movie to anyone with a loving family, anyone who has lost someone close to them, and anyone who loves sappy movies. I usually don't watch movies like this (I'm more of an action junkie), but this movie touched my heart in a way that no other movie ever has. This movie especially moved me because I lost my mother years ago and the pain is still fresh. I like to think that she is in her own version of Heaven and is happy. So buy the movie, and have lots of Kleenex at hand when you watch it. You'll need them....

Mrs. Doubtfire is probably my favorite movie of Robin Williams but this one is a lot different but really enjoyable even though it was a little sad. It will make you think about your life. Definitely worth it to see. I, myself, have seen it various times but I never get tired of watching it.

I bought the physical version Blu Ray to compare it against a HD digital version to see if the physical was any better than the digital version I personally couldn't tell the difference. But still a great movie.

This has always been one of my favorite movies (so ahead of its time), and watching it on Blu-Ray has been even more of an experience. It brings some of the iconic scenes to life in an amazing way. Love it

Truly a great story about the afterlife, and Robin Williams does an amazing job with this supernatural drama. A must own.

Another classic from Robin Williams. The Blu-ray treatment is a bit grainy but this is standard with older movies being converted. Robin Williams shows his tremendous acting range.

This movie really makes you think. Your thoughts really do create your reality - no matter where you are. I recommend this movie. Price was good and it arrived early!

If you love Robin William's softer side this movie is a great love story. So many emotions all mixed into one movie

I saw this movie a while ago and though it's a bit morbid it makes you think about how lucky you are to have what you have and never give up in life.

Must see this movie as it keeps you guessing what will happen through the whole movie and a great story and cast. It's Robin Williams best work.

This movie is NOT theologically accurate about the afterlife but a beautiful love story. If you going in recognizing this than you will enjoy.

This is one of Robin Williams' best films. Along with Patch Adams, What Dreams May Come is one of those movies that really pull at your heat strings.

This movie won the Oscar for visual effects. If you like spiritually oriented movies then you will really be pleasantly surprised. A dramatic role for Robin Williams.

I cried the first time I saw this in the theater and still due to this day. It's one of Robin William's better movies, in my opinion.

I truly believe this is what awaits us on the other side, not the Christian version. Great movie.
