Customer Ratings & Reviews

Awesome!!! Sooo far sooo good we love it!!!!!!!!!!

Good quality, beyond expectations. Easy cleaning inside and outside

Fit perfect with the cabinets. Didn’t stick out like our previous one. We also like that it doesn’t have the turn table inside. Makes it more effective heating up multiple things at once.

Amazingly enough the first thing that comes out is a very good microwave

Nice look, Excellent product. In few seconds it will get the job done

Powerful and fancy best microwave. K

Love the look and design of this microwave. Its sleek and goes great with my kitchen. We purchased the whole set I think this microwave looks the best.

I purchased a Whirlpool over-the-range microwave from Best Buy and had a great experience overall. The pre-installation appointment with the Geek Squad was helpful, as they guided me through the process and ensured everything was ready for installation. I’m still deciding when to schedule the actual installation, due to something the pros mentioned I have to attend to but so far, their service has been smooth and professional. The microwave itself is working well and looks great in my kitchen. Just a small delay in scheduling keeps it from being a full 5-star experience. Highly recommend!”

Got this from Best Buy outlet! Gotta say it was a fantastic deal. New but open box. Got it with a few hundred off. It looks good and does what is advertised.

Love the modern look and works great! It looks so futuristic.

Nice microwave but we needed a counter microwave and not an over the range microwave.

It looks great and Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid appliances are sturdy & long-lasting. I love the push-button door (no handle) and the interior is easy to keep clean. You won't miss having a turn-table! But the depth is only 11" so a standard size microwave plate cover doesn't exactly fit. I squeeze it in. Also there was no operating manual included. They give you a Quick Start Guide but it's very minimal. There's also an "owner's manual" but it's strictly about installation. I had to dig in on the Whirlpool website to find the control guide necessary to figure out settings and all the functions. One more minor complaint: the light is cold & harsh, especially compared to our last Whirlpool microwave. We can possibly replace it with a warmer bulb.

Great, stylish microwave. I get compliments on it all of the time. :) My only complaint is that there are things you can only do when you open the door and use the inside keypad. Annoying.

I love it so far ! No problems what so ever! Very happy

Works great and I really like the sleek design. Looks great with our other Whirlpool appliances.

Love the flush to the cabinet look and works great!

The microwave is very attractive and functional. The installation went very well and the installer was patient and instructive!

Great microwave that is sleek and modern. Worked well in my renovation project.

Easy to use. Like sleek look. Customer service at store and installation was great.
