The fact that the system did not have a rotating platform was no where in the minimal instructions provided. Highly overpriced , over rated basic microwave that does not meet our requirements

I get compliments on it all of the time. :) My only complaint is that there are things you can only do when you open the door and use the inside keypad. Annoying.

Got installed and in a month it was making noises. Had a hard time with Best Buy before I got a replacement. Had to buy a new microwave and wait for them to decide the next action.

We dont even microwave that much and moisture builds up inside on the walls and takes a bit to dry. I would wipe it to help.

It has a nonstick interior, steam clean feature, and more options for how long to heat food. No handle either, just a button to open the door. The light underneath is also brighter than my old microwave.
