I loaded up the washer as the deliverymen were headed down the road. It made a tremendous noise. Servicemen came back the next week and "fixed" the problem by wedging corrugated cardboard between two parts supporting the tub. Now it has a big gap and the lid doesn't work well at all. I want professional repairs -- take out the cardboard, repair the original defect, and put the top back on the brand new machine so that it works as intended. Size--great for two of us. I have a small space and this fits perfectly. It holds a surprising amount. Just need the factory defects repaired...no cardboard this time.

I purchased this combo unit for a Christmas gift for my daughter. It fit nicely into a small space and provides all of the options needed for laundry care. Good selection of cycles and high and low heat drying.

Very small, I can only fit 2 sweatshirts in the washer at a time. So lightweight, that it moves across the floor every time it is turned on. It's level, just the vibration from a normal load and dryer load moves it around. Very cheaply built. I would never have bought it, but it's the only washer that would fit in our small space. It replaced a wonderful Maytag that was 16 years old - I doubt this will even last 5 years.

I wasn't expecting such a small washer/dryer set. I only use Timed Drying to dry and Superwash to wash because my experience is that when you try to use other functions of this unit it doesn't work well. If you're interested in washing a heavy load of clothes be prepared to wash 2-3 separate times. I can get a sheet set in there but no comforter. I can fit up to 6 large towels to wash as one load. But as far as physical, it's perfectly sized for a small apartment/condo.

Not many options for small washer/dryer to fit in a closet. Had previous model which lasted for years. This one quieter,but requires towels to go through 2nd spin cycle in washer.

I wish that I had bought the larger size. It works fine otherwise.

This has to be the worst washer I've ever used. I just moved into an apartment with one of these washers and it shredded a bunch of my workout clothes and towels. I complained and management sent someone to "adjust" it, which did nothing. Four years of college washers didn't do as much damage to my clothes as one wash in this machine. My brand new towels now have tons of threads ripped out of them and a bunch of my workout clothes look like I dragged them through gravel. I've tried everything to make this washer work, but it wrecked stuff every time. I will not be using it again.

Similar to other reviews this is one of the cheapest machines out there. Save yourself the hassle and purchase something that will not shred your clothes even on the delicate setting. It has ripped our work clothing on the delicate setting, stretched our intimates and ripped our newly purchased towels. It leaves residue on your clothes because it cannot rinse well. Not a product anyone would want.
