I bought this product 9/24 from best buy and it stopped working 1/26 - it lasted 17 months. It also requires you hit an extra button to stop it.

Best Buy sold me a microwave that didn’t fit in my space. I gave them the number of my old microwave that did. They then made me call to have the microwave picked up. They wanted me to carry it myself which I told him I didn’t want to do. Then they sent UPS to leave a sticker and UPS did not return to pick up the microwave. finally got my money back.

Very bad communication,sent me the wrong product with different size.They promised they will take care of the issue,waiting for 2 days,no response.very bad service.
