Great value! Ordered this online when mine died. Quick delivery and hauled away my old microwave. Works great, would recommend.

Easy to install. Heats food evenly. However, door closes very loudly and could be more gentle on closing. Fans two settings are good, outside light is a bit dim but still good. Plenty of different settings for heating.

Good looking performed a DIY installation. A second pair of hands helps a lot when hanging the unit. The unit works as advertised. Mounting holes on top are not equidistant from the centerline. If you are doing a replacement installation, you will be drilling a new hole or two. Hanging the unit was fairly easy.

It's a nice, stylish addition to the kitchen and all, but the extractor fan's kinda weak . Had to wait over 15 minutes for the smell to clear out.

I bought a vacation home and first weekend my son breaks the closure piece on the door. Ugh, i looked all over for this microwave. Everywhere i found it, it was at least 100$ more. Best Price, Best customer seivce, Easy pick up and they brought ut and loaded it. Happist customer ever. Thanx Best Buy.

Template hole didn’t align with the hole on top of the microwave making installation a challenge but other than that great performance and looks nice

I just purchased this Whirlpool microwave and it’s a very nice unit. Just installed it yesterday and it looks great. I would highly recommend this unit and for the price you can’t beat it. Thanks Dave

Nice Updated Modern Design Easy to Clean Lower Watts. Lower Wattage than my previous Whirlpool Gold microwave. That one heated up things faster. I believe that was 1100 or more Watts, this one is a 1000 one, which makes a big difference. Although I tried to check, even the more expensive Whirlpool microwaves have the same Wattage nowadays. I got this because my last one was installed by the builder lasted 15 years, actually it was still working, but it was falling apart cosmetically. That one (Whirlpool Gold) had features or button layout like the one that sells for $369. I actually never used those extra features or buttons anyway. I’m impressed by the Whirlpool longevity. I say this one easier to clean because this one doesn’t have the grill outside like my last one. See my image below. I got the Total Tech, they did a good job installing. Separate story, I received the microwave with a slight dent, when they opened it. Even they were a bit surprised because they opened the box in front of me. I bought this brand new, not as an open box or anything. Overall I’m happy with the product. I wish I asked them to compensate by giving some small percentage off for the dent. Over all a good microwave, looks pretty LOL.

Replaced a GE profile microwave that lasted 15 years. Installed fairly easily, although a bit taller than most other over the range units. Has to trim back our backsplash to get the free space needed. Other than that, no complaints.

Like the stainless steel look in my kitchen. the microwave looks bigger than I thought it’s simple to use and it works great.

It has all the features we wanted in a microwave. A turntable. Plenty of power for home use. As an above cooktop microwave it required installation. Although we replaced a 12 year old microwave made of the same brand the existing bracket and cabinet holes were not compatible. Installing the new bracket was not difficult. Although templates for the hole cutting are provided I used a tape measure to figure out bracket placement. Once secured my son and I lifted the microwave into place. You have to tip it up. While doing that I had my son hold the appliance just a bit forward and marked the position of the screw holes. I then measured the distance into the cabinet for the holes. We took the oven out for a moment. I drilled. Put the oven back. The screws found their mark immediately. I found the top template difficult to use.

I like this product, it’s larger then my last one I didn’t think it was going to fit. The fit is perfect! And easy to use too

I love whirlpool appliances. This microwave is easy to operate. I like the add 30 second cooking feature. I use the reheat feature often.

I was very happy with the first microwave that I had like this. It lasted about 7 years. However, on this one, the door doesn't line up and sticks out. Since the door doesn't line up, you frequently have to open and close it again to get it to work. I would have returned it had I know before it was installed.

I had such a hard time finding the Whirlpool brand replacement for my over the stove microwave in 'biscuit' color to match the other three existing Whirlpool appliances in my kitchen. But I happened to find this one and the only noticable difference is the updated logo. The fraction of differences on dimensions was negligible, it slid right in place! The mounting brackets were different and the top cabinet holes were moved but it didn't make installation any harder. It plugged right in and works like a charm! I am so happy with the products quality and the price!
