Customer Ratings & Reviews

I was very pleased with the help I received at Best Buy while I was purchasing my microwave. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me get the “best buy” for my money. As far as the microwave it works great and D&G Services that installed it did a great job on the installation.

Happy with my purchase. Reasonable price. Works well, looks good . Easy to install

I love this microwave. It’s so much better than my old one. I had GE and I didn’t like it. It was just piece of trash waste of money on the other one, but I like whirlpool lines. They’re really great and the last long time.

Super easy install and perfect size! All the additional hardware came in handy. My husband and I had no experience and figured it out quickly! We do recommend two people to balance it into place!

Great microwave and easy install! Works great and matches the oven we have!

Ordered online and was able to pick-up in 30-45 mts,it was on sale and got a good deal of the day offer. Easy to use and simpler options, metalic outer body looks good, but is not finger print resistant-but you get what you paid for.

Even though my parents do not use this microwave very often, I love the way it looks and the controls are so basic. Even the fan automatically turns on when the oven gets too hot.

Really like the design of the microwave however the fan doesn’t pull any steam or odors from anything you cook on ur stovetop underneath. There is NO suction whatsoever. It works if you are just using the microwave. Mine is installed to vent outside, but when i boil water on my stovetop underneath, my whole microwave is dripping from condensation. Very disappointed since this is a major appliance in a kitchen.

This is my second Whirlpool microwave. Works well as I am familiar with commands. One thing different is the inability to turn off the turntable. Other than that, please with the purchase for value, style and operation.

Excellent product easy to use Easy installation match with other kitchen apparels

We purchased this to replace the original whirlpool microwave. Its wonderful. No fingerprints. The fan goes on automatically if it feels to high of heat which is really a cool feature. Its spacious for larger dishes to warm and warms the food well.

I was happy to have chosen this microwave as it has been very consistent with cooking and it looks great doing it. Easy and straightforward controls resulted in easy set up

Very good nice and easy to use and easy install and very good price

The microwave is good! Beware if you buy open box. Just make sure when you do make sure it comes with all the parts you need! But the price I got this for was perfect! This microwave is so simple to use

I was not sure about the wattage working but it has been great, I have used a food thermometer to check temp on several foods I cook an they are cooked correctly

Love it the best I can get everything easy and nice looking

Great value and easy to use , the installation simple and faster .

Great product! ez installation with instructions that make sense, and the sturdy door handle design is much better than most models! aesthetically it enhances any kitchen.

We really like the Whirlpool microwave, it has alot of features. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is a little noisier than our last microwave, other than that it has been great and no issues.

I recently purchased the Whirlpool 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range and I'm absolutely loving it! The reheating function is incredibly fast and even, which is a big deal for me. I also love the sensor cook setting - no more guesswork about cooking times for frozen meals. Overall, it's a great microwave that's easy to use and looks sharp in my kitchen. If you're looking for a new microwave, I highly recommend this one and checking out the selection at your nearest Best Buy!
