Replaced a GE profile microwave that lasted 15 years. Installed fairly easily, although a bit taller than most other over the range units. Has to trim back our backsplash to get the free space needed. Other than that, no complaints.

I was very pleased with the help I received at Best Buy while I was purchasing my microwave. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me get the “best buy” for my money. As far as the microwave it works great and D&G Services that installed it did a great job on the installation.

Ordered online and was able to pick-up in 30-45 mts,it was on sale and got a good deal of the day offer. Easy to use and simpler options, metalic outer body looks good,but is not finger print resistant-but you get what you paid for.

It has all the features we wanted in a microwave. A turntable. Plenty of power for home use. As an above cooktop microwave it required installation. Although we replaced a 12 year old microwave made of the same brand the existing bracket and cabinet holes were not compatible. Installing the new bracket was not difficult. Although templates for the hole cutting are provided I used a tape measure to figure out bracket placement. Once secured my son and I lifted the microwave into place. You have to tip it up. While doing that I had my son hold the appliance just a bit forward and marked the position of the screw holes. I then measured the distance into the cabinet for the holes. We took the oven out for a moment. I drilled. Put the oven back. The screws found their mark immediately. I found the top template difficult to use.

Easy to use. Looks fabulous. Easy to clean. Goes well with the new stove.

I was happy to have chosen this microwave as it has been very consistent with cooking and it looks great doing it. Easy and straightforward controls resulted in easy set up

Super easy install and perfect size! All the additional hardware came in handy. My husband and I had no experience and figured it out quickly! We do recommend two people to balance it into place!

I had a very similar model to this that after 10 years finally broke down. I purchased this model to replace the old one so that it would fit on the same brackets. It was fairly easy to install because the sizing was the same as our old one. For an inexpensive microwave it is very reliable. The only thing I don't particularly like is the sound that the fan vent makes when the microwave turns on and off. It is a metallic type of rattle. The only other thing that I don't particularly like is the siding is not flat. A portion of our kitchen shows one side of the microwave and it has indentations in the metal siding. I believe this is better for kitchens that have cabinets on either side of the microwave.

Great product! ez installation with instructions that make sense, and the sturdy door handle design is much better than most models! aesthetically it enhances any kitchen.

Really like the design of the microwave however the fan doesn’t pull any steam or odors from anything you cook on ur stovetop underneath. There is NO suction whatsoever. It works if you are just using the microwave. Mine is installed to vent outside, but when i boil water on my stovetop underneath, my whole microwave is dripping from condensation. Very disappointed since this is a major appliance in a kitchen.

Even though my parents do not use this microwave very often, I love the way it looks and the controls are so basic. Even the fan automatically turns on when the oven gets too hot.

The microwave is good! Beware if you buy open box. Just make sure when you do make sure it comes with all the parts you need! But the price I got this for was perfect! This microwave is so simple to use

I recently purchased the Whirlpool 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range and I'm absolutely loving it! The reheating function is incredibly fast and even, which is a big deal for me. I also love the sensor cook setting - no more guesswork about cooking times for frozen meals. Overall, it's a great microwave that's easy to use and looks sharp in my kitchen. Looks sharp. Heats food quickly. Wish the keypad was backlit but not a problem
