Excellent protective packaging, relatively easy to install, good looking and functional product.

The microwave has all the functionality I need and has not given me any problems yet. My only complaint is that the fan makes a high pitch noise sometimes when I turn it on.

I did buy a 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy since my last microwave that was by a different company was a "lemon" and barely lasted past the 1 year warranty. This model was fairly inexpensive. So far so good, but I have only had this Whirlpool microwave for one month. I hesitate to recommend anything based on 1 month's performance after my last microwave experience, but to complete this review, I needed to check a button(!)

Nice looking, works great. Good price and matches our other whirlpool appliances.

My only disappointment is that it is described as black and stainless steel which is what I wanted. The trim around the window and the touch pad are not black they are grey.

I replaced an old Frigidaire microwave with a broken handle and buttons that had stopped working, so any microwave would have been an upgrade for me. The Whirlpool has a nice look to it and was easy to install. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that higher end microwaves have but I was looking for a basic microwave that matched the other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. It does everything I need it to for simple cooking.

The range light is way far in the back and doesn't light up the front two eyes of the stove at all - only the back two. Otherwise, this is a wonderful microwave

I have had this only for a short while but it works very well and quiet in operation. I havent given it 5 stars because I want to se ehow it does in the long run.

Got this microwave in a 4 piece suite. When I need one for our vacation home, I went out of my way to get this. Great Item!

Good general purpose microwave. Has turn table, 1000 watts, timer, works great. I would buy this again.

It seems like it is just a green scotch-brite green scratcher which I already had. But alright for the price
