I was looking for a great microwave with out spending a fortune and this had all the features I was looking for.

Looks great-completes the look of our kitchen! Make sure to have strong lifters to get it installed!

The product was very good, but was sent from the warehouse with a big dent in the side. I had waited two weeks for my handyman to come and install it and since they were not in stock in the store, I did not take it back. Installed the dent is not noticeable. I did call the store, but the person I talked to didn't even say sorry, nor ask my name. Since I did not return it I wasn't expecting any compensation, but did expect concern.

This was working fine but last week, there was a burning smell for a few days and last thursday, there was a small sound like a 'poof' and the microwave stopped working. It also took out the circuit breaker. I was able to reset it but the microwave is gone. The sucky ting is that Best Buy will not replace it because I did not buy additional protection. There is an REI store nearby which will replace with no question asked ANY item I buy. That is customer service. Best Buy is not replacing this. They want me to go to the manufacturer.

It's just as described and we are very pleased. Our first Whirlpool microwave........no complaints!

It works. it was easy to install. The white matches the kitchen well. The blue LED is bright and bothers my eyes.

My over the range microwave fits perfectly above my oven! Installation was a breeze! Works great!

This micro wave is what it is for the price I paid - basic. This was larger than my previous Whirlpool one for the same volume...
