The microwave came in a smashed boxed. We picked it up at the store and they seemed unconcerned with the condition of the box. My husband took it out of the box at home to discover the right corner all dented in quite a bit. He wanted to surprise me with it and so proceeded to install it hoping the damage would not show. It is very obvious but it will be such a pain to take it down now. Very disappointed in the quality concern at the store. I understand that this can happen with open box but we did not order that for this very reason.

Microwave works great so far. However I suggest having them remove item from package before leaving store. Item came with dents as pictured with no damage to packaging. Meaning warehouse packed item as is. Since damage wouldn’t show wasn’t worth taking it back to the store. Doesn’t seem to affect use however.

This microwave is stylish, and fully functional, but it lacks the wattage power that my old microwave had. It's all good, but it takes longer to heat things now.

We have used it for a week. It is a little loud and the light underneath the microwave could be brighter. It works fine so far.

I purchased this item to match my Black and Stainless stove. The description online says Black & Stainless and the packaging says black & stainless. It is actually more of a gray & stainless. Unfortunately it was purchased and installed before I got to take a look at it outside the packaging. I was very disappointed in the color and it looks "off" hanging above my BLACK & stainless stove. I have no complaints about the performance but when I completely re-do my kitchen in a couple of years I will be replacing this microwave with a BLACK and stainless one. Glad I didn't pay a lot for it. Performance is very important but I also want it to look good in my kitchen. Also, the Whirlpool microwaves really need some type of "grille" over the exhaust vents. Most other brands of microwave I looked at have a grille over the exhaust holes. I have a cabinet over the microwave and it would help prevent small objects from falling into the large exhaust holes.

Unfortunately the item came damaged, with no damage on the packaging itself. We were in the middle of a remodel when the item was purchased, so by the time we realized the microwave was damaged the return period with best buy had expired. Luckily the damage was only cosmetic and did not affect the functionality of the microwave.

We had a similar Whirlpool Microwave that quit. This one was an exact fit that did not require any modifications of the "over the stove" mounting arrangements. Works fine and does the job. The price was very good and previous reviews were positive.

It has nice features but functions very loud like the fan is constantly on probably the loudest microwave I've owned

I like the way this microwave heats everything up really fast and has many heating options. The only negative is the exhaust fan is not as powerful as I would like.

Arrived with a big dent so I paid for a new micro and received a damaged one

Good microwave but had damage right out of the box

Not happy with the size of the vent on top, the opening is so wide and not screened -making it easy for anything to fall in side the vent

We don't use a microwave very often in our household, but 18 year old microwave needed to be replaced. Size of the microwave is what attracted us first. However, we should have read reviews as it is quiet loud when it cooks.

My other microwave that died lasted me 5 years. I only use it to re-heat or defrost, so for a basic microwave, it works fine. It does however makes a louder noise when it's on than my other one did.

Good microwave but has an intermittent fault and the interior light flashes on and off. I believe it is the microswitch that is in the door latch

Does a good job. One feature missing is a programmable surface light. Boa game changer but a simple value added feature which is absent.

Looks great but metal is very cheap and thin. I guess everything is made cheap these days.

Love the new stainless steel shines brightly and it's very efficient
