Customer Ratings & Reviews

Easy instructions to install above my stove, works great, love the way it looks in my kitchen above my stove.

Install was straight forward. Definitely need two people. Works as it should, lots of room inside.

It's working well very good condition and good price

We like our new Whirlpool microwave, It matches our other Whirlpool appliances and cooks our food faster than our older one. Easy to figure out the controls and reasonably priced. It was a good purchase.

Our old whirlpool microwave finally but the dust after 13 years of lots of use. We went 2 days without one and my wife was like ok we need to find something. So we began to look on the Best Buy site and saw they had several options and ultimately landed on this one because of its predecessors track record. We have been extremely pleased and it looks great with our other appliances.

Happy with the microwave. It works perfectly and looks amazing

Great value and easy to install. Great size and looks great.

Microwave ultimately works adequately. It took 3 delivery attempts to get one undamaged. It was for a rental and it took months. The delivery crew was terrific, they also installed the final one that was undamaged. It replaced a similar 10 yo whirlpool unit but it required new cabinet holes drilled, and a new wall bracket (included). The installation was tidy, they cleaned up completely, and removed all packing plus the old unit. This micro is about half the weight of the old one. Half the time I have appliances delivered, there is some type of concealed damage, and Best Buy has been competent making things right.

Easy install and works great. Matches the dishwasher/

Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. The key was that we wanted the same brand so that we had a higher probability of not having to change the brackets and we did not so it saved us a lot of time, which was appreciated.

Easy installation works great, I recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive microwave.

Installation was easy. Did require a second person to lift it up into the bracket. We are happy with the microwave. Looks stylish and matches our range.

It is a bit larger than we needed. So far it works well and is intuitive to set. I hate the beep it makes. Was a fair price and available in store. I wish Best Buys would recycle our old broken one.

Like the fact there are not 50 things to program, easy to use , gets the job done efficiently. Good quality for the price . Easy to install.

Microwave has a beautiful design, it looks great in my kitchen. It works perfect and for me Whirlpool is the best branch in appliances.

I am so happy with this microwave it is not hard for anyone at our home to understand the look of the item is so appealing and goes with the other whirlpool products we have purchased

My wife and I replaced our 25 year old Whirlpool microwave with this 1.7 Cu. Ft. OTR Microwave at the same time we replaced our stove. It is preforming as should be expected and the installation was done on time and with professionalism. Very happy with our choices and Best Buys service.

Love all around good product easy I stalltion fast to use

This world pool microwave was recommended to me by a salesperson.Unfortunately, the door closes very hard and noisy loud, and the bottom turn table makes it a lot of noise. If it isn't kept squeaky , clean on the wheel

This is a great product. I have been using this for sometime and it works great. Heats up fast and doesn't break when I need it.
