Customer Ratings & Reviews

it is microwave works very well and looks nice. Matching all my appliances. The price was very good and Best Buy provided installation company and the job was complete very professional. Thank you.

I got this microwave on sale, and it works as expected. It heats food well. It looks good and the black and silver match everything in my kitchen. Our previous microwave from another brand only lasted one year. I'm glad I caught this one on sale to replace it. Jump on it If you catch it on sale.

I am pleased with how it works, but it is not as smooth closing when shutting the door as my last microwave from Whirlpool. Otherwise, works great.

Happy with it overall. Keypad is different than the previous Whirlpool MW we had as far as sensitivity to the keyboard, but we'll eventually get used to it. Cooking is very good. Alarm sound (that food is done cooking) is loud and comes off as a smoke alarm. Startles us each time it goes off.

This appliance was priced extradentary well and function great. Was very easy to install.

I love the way this looks. It's easy to clean because the front is all one piece of glass for the door. Installed it myself went very smoothly. Exhaust fan works great vented to the exterior.

The Product is okay, it came little over one year. But there is a lot more opportunity to improve warranty replacement services.

I love Bestbuy for helping and directing its Customer in a gentle professional way. I recently bought Over the Counter Microwave Oven and the installers were technically oriented and installed and explained about the product. I am so happy to buy my products from Bestbuy. Thank you

Super easy to install and use. Loved the sleek style and easy use.

Installation was easy. Luckily the space it was going in was the perfect size. While the inside dimensions were a little smaller than the previous microwave, it still more than enough space for what i normally use it for.

Just what I expected from an overstove microwave. Perfect for my kitchen love the way it looks

I purchased this to replace a Whirlpool 1.9 Cu. Ft. which stopped working just shy of its 5th year. The cost to repair was ridiculous so we opted to buy a new one but not the more expensive 1.9 model again. If they are designed to only work a few years then we were willing to give up the additional features. It does its job but it is truly a very basic model. So much for modern day appliances. They simply don't last like they used to.

Like it a lot easy to use heats and cooks up food pretty quick, Looks nice in our kitchen

Great new microwave. Easy to install and works great

I like it. Working good. Easy to use. I am highly satisfied.

Easy to use and its was a fair price . I have two One in each home. They are very practical.

It is much bigger than I expected even after measuring but thats on me. Works great and only had minor scratch from open box.

Love this microwave..I was not in the market to purchase a new microwave but mines after 10 years stop work at it best. My sister has this microwave and spoke highly of it. She put it in my cart and I purchased it. Best option and decision..

Cooks food hot! Easy to operate. Easy to clean. Plug and play. What's not to like?

Our over the range microwave needed replacement. The whirlpool is a great option. It looks great and works well. Hopefully it lasts as long as the original..
