Works excellent. Love the silent mode. Easy to clean

Microwave ultimately works adequately. It took 3 delivery attempts to get one undamaged. It was for a rental and it took months. The delivery crew was terrific, they also installed the final one that was undamaged. It replaced a similar 10 yo whirlpool unit but it required new cabinet holes drilled, and a new wall bracket (included). The installation was tidy, they cleaned up completely, and removed all packing plus the old unit. This micro is about half the weight of the old one. Half the time I have appliances delivered, there is some type of concealed damage, and Best Buy has been competent making things right.

We like our new Whirlpool microwave, It matches our other Whirlpool appliances and cooks our food faster than our older one. Easy to figure out the controls and reasonably priced. It was a good purchase.

The new microwave works really good and I am very satisfied with the heating. The only thing I could say that I don't like about it is the door mechanism to closing and opening is stiff. You cannot close it softly or quietly. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

Machine is working like a top. Easy to use and food temps seem to be right on.

This is my first time having a over the range microwave. I didn't like the default bulb that comes with this unit so I ended up replacing it with a brighter one. I was also hoping that it would heat up food faster give him a cost but it doesn't. The weird thing is I have a cheap 700 watt microwave that heats up food faster than this one. It makes my kitchen look neater and it takes up less space and above my stove but I wish it were more powerful when it came to heating up food.

I am pleased with how it works, but it is not as smooth closing when shutting the door as my last microwave from Whirlpool. Otherwise, works great.

Our old whirlpool microwave finally but the dust after 13 years of lots of use. We went 2 days without one and my wife was like ok we need to find something. So we began to look on the Best Buy site and saw they had several options and ultimately landed on this one because of its predecessors track record. We have been extremely pleased and it looks great with our other appliances.
