Happy with the microwave. It works perfectly and looks amazing

I purchased this to replace a Whirlpool 1.9 Cu. Ft. which stopped working just shy of its 5th year. The cost to repair was ridiculous so we opted to buy a new one but not the more expensive 1.9 model again. If they are designed to only work a few years then we were willing to give up the additional features. It does its job but it is truly a very basic model. So much for modern day appliances. They simply don't last like they used to.

This microwave was purchased as a replacement for an older model in a rental property. IT looks fantastic with the other appliances and has a good amount of functionality. It cooks various foods well and is very easy to keep clean.

Our old whirlpool microwave finally but the dust after 13 years of lots of use. We went 2 days without one and my wife was like ok we need to find something. So we began to look on the Best Buy site and saw they had several options and ultimately landed on this one because of its predecessors track record. We have been extremely pleased and it looks great with our other appliances.

This world pool microwave was recommended to me by a salesperson.Unfortunately, the door closes very hard and noisy loud, and the bottom turn table makes it a lot of noise.If it isn't kept squeaky , clean on the wheel

Install was straight forward. Definitely need two people. Works as it should, lots of room inside.

Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. The key was that we wanted the same brand so that we had a higher probability of not having to change the brackets and we did not so it saved us a lot of time, which was appreciated.

Very nice microwave, the looks and functionality of this appliance is simply amazing. I really needed a replacement and found this on sale and quickly purchased it. I saved a lot and after installing it I was happy that I had a good experience with the product. It really compliments my kitchen appliances and really makes my kitchen more efficient.

I love the way this looks. It's easy to clean because the front is all one piece of glass for the door. Installed it myself went very smoothly. Exhaust fan works great vented to the exterior.

Bought for my grandmother as a christmas gift. Looks sleek, easy to use, and was super easy to mount. Whirlpool has always been the go to brand for years in my family and they never fail to exceed expectations. Best buy had it for the most cost efficient.

I like this microwave because it is easy to use and doesn't have a lot of settings on it. It is very much like my last one but i hope it lasts longer. The installation was easy. It cooks well and is spacious. It was also a great price!

My wife and I replaced our 25 year old Whirlpool microwave with this 1.7 Cu. Ft. OTR Microwave at the same time we replaced our stove. It is preforming as should be expected and the installation was done on time and with professionalism. Very happy with our choices and Best Buys service.

Works excellent. Love the silent mode. Easy to clean

Happy with it overall. Keypad is different than the previous Whirlpool MW we had as far as sensitivity to the keyboard, but we'll eventually get used to it. Cooking is very good. Alarm sound (that food is done cooking) is loud and comes off as a smoke alarm. Startles us each time it goes off.

Installation was easy. Luckily the space it was going in was the perfect size. While the inside dimensions were a little smaller than the previous microwave, it still more than enough space for what i normally use it for.
