This microwave seemed like a great idea. It has a built-in convection oven to allow you to easily cook small things. Problem is it's performance in other areas. The microwaving was super slow. And the ventilating fan was ridiculously weak.

Does exactly what it says it will do and is easy to use

This microwave is perfect for our office breakrroom

so far the device is operating better than expected.

I already owned a Whirlpool microwave and lasted about eight years and was skeptical about buying another. After talking to a Best Buy salesperson and doing research on my own I bought another and had it installed. Very satisfied with the results and recommend to do it again.

This microwave relies to much on the menus and there are too many foods that do not fit into the categories listed. I used the defrost setting for a lot of foods with my last microwave because I could just press defrost and then the time and it cooked the food without making the food tough. I cannot do that with this microwave. A food must be chosen from the menu. I don't like that. I have to choose "cook" and a time setting and then choose a power setting to get the setting that I want. It's just not as easy! Also it was not clear when we purchased this microwave that the extra power advertised for this model is for convection cooking not for normal microwave cooking for which I wanted.

We have owned this microwave for several months now and is has met all our expectations. While I can not comment on its convection ability as I have never used it, I recommend this product to anyone looking for an over range microwaved.

Does what is supposed to, uncomplicated to use. Only issue I had was the door. It used to pop when open all the way due to gap between plastic frame and outer frame. Popcorn setting still an unrealised dream.

I bought this for my best friend, and it's been fantastic. The sensor heating is amazing, and it makes awesome "baked" potatoes. I'm buying one for myself now since my 1 year old microwave just crapped out on me.

So far big il piece of junk have 7 of the product delivered and all 7 dented. The dents were not small insignificant dents, interfered with mounting .

We really like our new Whirlpool Microwave. We replaced an older model that lasted 12 years so we know Whirlpool makes good quality products. All of our kitchen appliances are Whirlpool brand.

I bought this as an open box item when looking for a replacement over the range microwave. Since this is a convection I thought might as well get more for the same price. It has more capacity than my old microwave but it takes much longer to heat things up. For example, a quesadilla in my old microwave needed a minute to heat and in this microwave it needs two to two and a half. I have not tried the convection yet but as a microwave it works well, just needs a little longer to cook.

After months of sneak peeks, rumors, and leaked features it is nice to have a product live up to its expectations! So much more then any apple product, glad I switched.

Unit exceeds my expectations. Was banged up on the right rear corner when delivered. Mounting was questionable. Straightened it enough to mount properly.

Microwave and bake in the same device, don't get any better. No more counter top oven anymore

This microwave is much better than the one it replaced. The directions are easy to understand and it comes with a large covered steamer/simmer dish.

Works very good, easy to use and love the stainless steel look. Key pad across bottom is easier to reach. Door is full width of microwave.
