I really can’t comment on this as I returned it. The dimensions were off didn’t fit.

Lots of moisture inside after heating food. Have to leave door open to air dry. No way to turn off sensor. Regret this purchase.

Getting corroded from the inside

Under normal conditions, the Microwave should be protected with a layer that prevents metal from getting rusted. In my case, this Microwave is already corroded from the inside after a few months of usage. I'd not recommend a product like this since it's not cheap to buy and also hard to get it to fix. Also, there is no other way to get it replaced or refunded. I hope BestBuy can provide something for the lost, or just a replacement for a good one.

Control board is not backlit and hard to read.
End color is black and does not match their gray sided refrigerator.
Lights are very low quality and do not light up the stove top well.

Worst microwave ever! I’ve had it just over a year, it started sparking for no reason and hasn’t worked since. I could hear the wires inside like they got to hit or something. No way it should be worthless after 1yr. Make sure to get the protection plan if you have to get this one! I normally love whirlpool but I guess they don’t make products like they use too!

Unreliable and Overpriced - Not ever a year old

The microwave looks good but that's about the only positive things I can say. There are no quick commands (like hitting the number 3 for 3 minutes) which was a feature my 15 year old microwave had. Also this model (among others from Whirlpool) are know to have the screens go black randomly then come back on which is very frustrating. My microwave is less than 12 months old. Whirlpool hasn't fixed this issue for years now. Also Total Tech is frustrating to deal with. I would not buy this model nor would I get it from Best Buy.

Food is not cooked…..

If I could give a this microwave a 0/5, I would. I have only had my microwave 11 days. It is no longer heating up food. Put a package of green beans in a steamer bag..pulled it out after 5 1/2 minutes and they were still partially frozen. Will be contacting Best Buy tomorrow for a refund and for someone to come out and remove it.

It was working fine until about a month after the 1-year warranty expired, then it would occasionally lose power. A technician came to the house for $130 but couldnt diagnose anything. And now it is completely dead. I know this model had good reviews so I guess we just got unlucky. We will try Samsung for our next.

Ordered on October 3 , 2024, for pick up on October 15. Received text saying item was delayed. If you do not have an item in youe database for sale but you cannot fulfill the order then take the item out of your database!
