Sadly, one of the vertical anchors was missing a nut, which was on the inside of the chassis. Hence, the microwave is anchored on only one side. Poor Whirlpool quality control. I'm hoping that Pacific Sales will agree to swap the deficient microwave with a new one. However, when discussing this with a salesman, he said they could not because the microwave was installed. I'm hoping his boss (David Canton) will agree to the swap. I'm scheduled to meet with him tomorrow (Saturday).

A little noisy

It's much noisier than the previous one. The online guide says the fan can be turned off at any time but that doesn't seem to be the case. Delivery and installation were excellent.

Not up to standard.

So, we decided to replace it with a new model when the heating element went out (which is pretty normal for microwaves over time). This newer model did not meet our expectations. It was not aligned properly between door and the keypad area. You could actually feel that problem also by swiping hand on top of microwave. Additionally, the door constantly swung closed which is not user friendly at all and could be quite dangerous for the unaware user. Don't know if this was merely a lemon or typical of the latest model, hence the 2-star rating. It heated food as well as it should have, I might add. Best Buy quickly addressed the issue by allowing us to purchase a different name brand model and sending a professional tech to take care of the new install. No problems with Best Buy.
