I ordered the microwave online and it said that it was in new condition once I received it it had been broken the handle was broken the door glass was broken and the top was dented I returned it to the local Best Buy and they did not offer me a comparable product .

Bought this when we purchased our home 1 1/2 months ago. Very happy with it and impressed with the power it has for the price we paid (Memorial Day Sale). Simple, sharp looking and powerful. Can't beat it. Only complaint is the light is not very bright inside. Not a huge deal, which is why I still gave it 5 stars.

It is extremely user friendly. The added feature of just adding 30 seconds on is convenient. When it is done cooking it plays music that is so much better than the typical annoying beep of a microwave. I absolutely love this microwave and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new one.

Works great so far, looks good, pretty easy to install after existing Whirlpool microwave. Only cons I have are the ugly Whirlpool logo that's huge and the lack of air recycler. A friend just moved into a brand new apartment complex and has exact same microwave! Must be good!

My first over the range microwave. Although I love that it gives me more counter space the best feature by far is the easiness of the operation. Just a few presses of the button this microwave gets the job done. The light and fan over the stove are wonderful as well.

I bought this microwave to replace are old 80's microwave, it took 4 minutes to Cook one hot Pocket now it takes half that, only problem I had to return the first one had a dent but Best Buy took care of me returned to problem and ordered another, pick up at vs ups they will damage it

This microwave is great! It is very simple to use, even down to setting the clock. This is our second one. We had one in our old home and liked it so much, we bought another one for our new home. It heats food up quickly and evenly. It looks great in the kitchen!
