Worked fine for just a little under 2 years. Freezer keeps freezing over with ice all over the inside and the refrigerator does not stay cold at all. Waste of money. Should have spent a little more to get something that lasts.

Serious quality problem, by limited sampling of course. The initially delivered one had very loud noise. Got a replacement which stopped working after 2 weeks just past the free replacement window. Now need to deal with whirlpool service directly.

Absolutely the worst product i have ever purchased from whirlpool. Freezer over freezes and get ice built-up. Then the refrigerator doesn't cool. Absolutely horrible. Oh and it only comes with a one year warranty.

This is my 3rd in the last 6 months. This unit's freezer broke down after about a week. Each unit had a freezer that would not work correctly. I would not recommend this refrigerator/freezer at all. Hopefully Whirlpool discontinues this model because it is garbage!

Great fridge. Good quality, good price, great purchase

Worked for a few days, but wouldn't get cool enough to use. Then it began making bad noises and now doesn't work at all. It's been less than 2 months and isn't returnable now. My advise is to turn it on when you first buy it instead of waiting a few weeks so you can return it if it doesn't work.

We bought the fridge in October and the freezer wasn’t cold enough from the start. We are still waiting for it to be fixed after 4 visits from their service company. Whirlpool doesn’t stand by their products. Second bad experience with whirlpool. Never again

Haven't even owned this 6 mos and it already stopped working.

Small but works great as a second unit for our home.

Purchases 6/7/2021, began having problems 6/7/2022. Water draining into refrigerator and not cooling. Defrosted it and plugged back in still not working correctly. Would not recommend wasting money on this fridge for it to work only 1 year.

Great fridge, good size for our small office because it's not a mini-fridge, but definitely not a humongous one that a family might need.

Love the glass shelves and large interior. Extra large fridge door bin can accommodate a ton of tall items. Door bins have remained sturdy for a year while kept fully loaded. You can fit a lot of food in this smaller fridge. Excellent buy for the money.

This is the best unit I bought ever. It’s been more than year and still works great. I specially came to just give my review. 100% recommended.

Don’t waste your money refrigerator does not keep proper temperature. Food in freezer and refrigerator had to be thrown out. Right from the start of using it I noticed everything was warm I’m lucky I didn’t get food poisoning. My last Whirlpool product.

We wanted a smaller 2nd refrigerator rather than buy a very large new one. We've had over a week with no problems. . The stainless steel exterior is very attractive, Th interior cools and freezes as expected. We are very pleased with it.

First time purchasing a refrigerator, definitely trail and error. Was smaller than I thought, but again that's on me. Works amazing!

Had problems after six months warranty fixed the issue after a month

It is as described and we requested for them to remove the wooden planks. The delivery was very professional and they removed the plastic wrap very neatly. We do not have any issues and definitely recommend to anyone.

This refrigerate keeps freezing over. I've had it repaired once already when it was still under the 12 month manufacturer warranty after it froze up twice. It has frozen up again and i followed everything they said to do. Not worth the price for the food lost all 4 times now. Would NOT recommend!!

An absolute piece of garbage. The door did not close properly and thus would not maintain temperature. The second one had the same problem. Whirlpool has some nerve selling this. I will not buy another Whirlpool appliance.
