Breaks just outside warranty

The return process was great. I had limited time available and they worked with me and went above and beyond to get my return completed and the correct size delivered in a timely manor.

Avoid Whirlpool

The companies that we schedule with are separate entities from Whirlpool that are willing to open their schedules for us to be able to schedule our customers. Unfortunately, we still have to work with their schedules and availability. We are sorry we were unable to assist further with your appointment time frame.

Great smallish fridge/freezer

Whirlpool says it will take 2-3 weeks to fix under warranty and I am expected to live without a refrigerator during that time. Stay away from this refrigerator and from Whirlpool - this experience is a total nightmare. I am so disappointed and angry.
