Never worked!

I bought this at the end of April and turned it on for the first time May 19 during our first heat wave. Turned it on and it sounded like a motorcycle in my living room and then shut down. Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy so I am stuck dealing with the manufacturer that is not responding to me. If I could put no stars I would.
