Not a reliable product.

bought the stainless steel version of this 3 years ago. Last week it stopped freezing and lost all my frozen food. Paid to have a tech come out and check. Small lead in one of the lines leading to the cooling coils in the freezer. Can not be fixed without replacing the entire section. Cost to fix with parts and labor is as much or more than I paid for the product 3 years ago. Going to the dump. Poor quality from Whirlpool on this unit.
